“The room was clean, the staff both at front desk and dining area were very courteous. I'd recommend it and definitely would stay again.”

“Had an excellent experience. We were able to check in as early as 11 am. The staff were able to resolve the issue we faced with the dishwasher. The breakfast is very good. They have waffles, excellent sandwich options, yogurt with oatmeal. It is good value for money. You don't really need a car for Dallas as the DART LRT station is just 4 minutes walk away..”

“Room was clean overall but the rolling chair was stained and gross. Very unpleasant sight. Breakfast was good, more than expected, the attendant was great even helping my 6 yo son with a milk spill. Valet was pricey but worth it. They had those cars coming and going at a great rate. The over all stay was great and we would recommend and return to stay.”

“Amazing room, staff was amazing, and the food is even better. Brisket, chicken, ribs, etc are smoked each morning at 10am. ”

“Gammalt och slitet hotell. Betalade mer än 4000 sek natten i mars 2022 och var inte ens värt hälften. Dåligt städat när man kom och duschtvålen och schampo var inte ens utbytt från tidigare gäst, äckligt. Varmvatten var katastrof och handtagen satt lösa. Den gamla tygsoffan i rummet var så äcklig att jag inte vågade gå nära den, hade stora fläckar på den. Jag påpekade det mesta och dom löste af en extra städning av rummet så det kändes något mer ok. Det mest positiva var frukosten på cafet, dyrt...

“We had one night during New years eve, there were of course a lot of celebrations but it went quite far as there were very loud party at hallway on 4th floor up to 4 am making it impossible to sleep. The hotel is close to a large area with homeless people circulating, felt a bit unsafe during nighttime. The room was not cleaned, it had much sand and dirt on floor from door to bed, we use the hairdryer to blow away it to the corners. It has a valet parking and the guys there were quick to park...

“Where do i start? No toilet paper, no towels or cloths, TV was on an antenna. It would play for 3 seconds, glitch for 3 seconds. Someone had been in this room as there was water splashed on the counter and toilet. There's no soap etc, so if you brave staying here, bring your own. The sheets hadn't been changed. The pillows were literally brown under the cases. Also, they charge you an additional $10 charge when you check in. ”

“I guess they thrive on the low ratings, so I'll give them a high rating even though I lost everything by staying there. I guess I'll recover, eventually. The people who run it are nice, though, and probably feel bad about what I've suffered there. It was my choice to go there, though, so who can I blame but myself?”

“It was verry dificult to park the car when you not have a frontdesk and no were to put the car when you fix the practical things. I don´t like hotels without peopele to talk to also when you have other language in the bottom and not understanding everything. it´s was also verry difficult to understand which elevator system to use for parking and guest floor.”
