“This is a super cute, small boutique hotel, in downtown Waco. It was centrally located, and I could walk to all of the restaurants I had reservations at. There are cute restaurants and a roof top bar on site. And shops as well. The room I had was small but comfortable. I would totally stay here again! The only thing that can make this place better would be if it had a pool. Their website does note that they have yoga classes, but there was no yoga when I was there. Maybe they’re a website needs...

“Don't sleep here, at least not on a Saturday. The rooms were good but our room faced some that played incredibly loud music until 2 in the morning so we didn't sleep well, which is the point of a hotel. They could have warned us, given us earplugs, another room and or compensation. No one should fool me that they didn't know anything. Apparently Backyard has gigs every Saturday.”
“Ok area, hotel is just outdated. Sketchy elevator, thin walls, no lobby restroom. Online says breakfast included, but it’s not. Staff was nice, but openly complained about not liking her job which put a negative tone from the beginning. Overall, you get what you pay for. ”
“This place is just PERFECT! It was our first family trip and we were scared of what we would find. Honestly this place has everything very clean, organized, smells good when you enter, clean bed sheets EVERYTHING! It had everything and when I say everything all the way to laundry soap. The house is so big and comfortable. Not to mention the creek on the side our kids enjoyed it to the max WE ALL DID! Thanks again for everything. Also they answer to our emails the same day! They are taking the money for reservations and when you show up and see this nasty, disgusting place, they tell you that the city of Waco has shut them down and they will cancel your reservation so you can get your refund. Then they proceed to deny your refund. They are scamming people. They are located very close to Baylor University and they are using that to get reservations and taking peoples money. The pictures on the site does not look...
