Stunning Villa with a Pool Surrounded by Nature

N the countryside, 10/15 minutes from the most beautiful villages of the upper Var: Lorgues, Flayosc, Draguignan, Les Arcs, La Motte ... we offer you our large 4 bedroom villa that we have just renovated and which is a bit like our baby, we are counting on you to take care of it :)

The villa is south facing, and the pool is south / southwest.

The accommodation
The villa is spread over more than 160 m²:

=> You arrive in an entrance, on one level from the parking lot (several cars possible parked inside the property), which serves on one side:


• A very large open kitchen of 20 m² (American fridge, wine cellar, toaster, nespresso coffee machine, kettle) with a large 5-seater island which opens onto an east-facing terrace, ideal for breakfast.

• A living room of more than 50 m² (without TV but with overhead projector that allows you to watch TV) which opens via 2 large bay windows opening onto a large south-facing terrace, one half of which is covered.

On the other side, the entrance leads to:

• The night area which opens onto a toilet with washbasin, but also to the master bedroom with its 180 cm bed (12m²) with its own bathroom and finally to a second bedroom with a quality and comfortable bed in 160cm.

• A staircase, leading upstairs to a first children's bedroom (bunk beds + a drawer that can help out – 11 m²), a separate toilet, a shower room and a second bedroom with a quality and comfortable bed of 160 cm (12m²).

You can enjoy the swimming pool of 12m by 5m (depending on the weather conditions especially before your arrival), and its terrace area, part of which is covered, with deckchairs, garden furniture, parasol and tables and chairs.
In our absence, although maintenance of the pool before your arrival is done, guests can clean the pool during their stay.

You will also have a gas barbecue.

The property is fully fenced, access being by electric gate only.
However, part of the property (behind the The swimming pool) is not accessible to you and is rented to third parties.

Traveller access
We offer almost the entire villa for rent although not everything is secure and suitable for children: the plants are prickly and other dangers.
However, we close access to some closets and some rooms that remain private.
The villa is located on a plot of 7000 m² but only a part is accessible to you, indeed a part is not accessible by anyone, and a part includes another accommodation (rentable on airbnb also for 4 people) with a totally independent access. This second property is located behind the swimming pool, which is far from the house you are about to rent; the tenants of this second property do not have access to the swimming pool, nor adjoining terraces, which are reserved for you by renting this property.
You will find views of the sky allowing you to better understand, as well as the plans of the house in the photos. The blue zone is reserved for you; the red zone is dedicated to the other rental, which does not have access to your swimming pool.
We sometimes have to stay in a studio attached to the house but will not use the garden or the pool.
Also some of our private belongings stay in our villa but we make plenty of room for you to store your belongings.

Here is some general information:
- The entire house (except bathroom, toilet and corridors) is air-conditioned.

- Note that we have external cameras that are not disconnected during your stay but do not record. There are no cameras inside.

- A car is highly recommended as we are in the middle of the countryside, and the area is not served by any public transportation.

- The path that passes in front of the house about 30 m away leads to the villas but it is a cul de sac.

- Our gardener can come once or twice a week to water the plants and maintain the property, without disturbing you in your holiday – he has his own access to the garden and gate and we try when possible to warn you of his passage.

- An automatic watering system is activated every day.

We send you house rules when booking and they are available on site in paper, here are the main rules:
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke or light candles on the entire property, indoors but also outdoors, as it is located in a natural area with a lot of vegetation.

- Parties, birthdays, bachelorette parties or other are not allowed, we live in a quiet area, conducive to holidays but also to rest for everyone, including our neighbors. We have installed a sound level meter inside the villa that sounds and will warn us in case of high decibels but does not record anything.

- It is also strictly forbidden to use the fireplace, as it is purely decorative

- The entire house is on a septic tank, so we thank you for not throwing away anything other than toilet paper (and maximum double thickness). Any other item thrown in the toilet / pipes may clog them, so it is forbidden to throw tampons, sanitary napkins, wipes in them – bins are provided for this purpose. In the event of a clog confirmed by the plumber by the elements mentioned, the entire cost of repair/unclogging and moving will be re-invoiced to you.PGJyPg
- Many windows have mosquito nets, they must be handled with care. It is also forbidden to handle the mosquito nets and shutters of the two bedrooms on the upper floors (there are interior blinds). THANK YOU

- Please note that we do not accept reservations with eight adults, as the house is not suitable for them.
On the other hand, we can accept a reservation with for example 6 adults and 2 children (or even 3 or 4 if some sleep in travel cots or in the drawer bed in the children's room), however the water heater may sometimes not be enough depending on the use made of it.

- Unfortunately, we do not accept pets, regardless of size or breed.

- Any damage we notice at the end of your rental period will incur costs, and we will then turn to Airbnb to re-bill you for them.

- You must wash and store all the dishes yourself in the cupboards provided for this purpose at the end of the rental, the same applies to emptying the dishwasher before you leave. Otherwise, an additional fee of €50 will be charged to you in either case.

- The maintenance and cleaning of the barbecues must be carried out by you before leaving the accommodation at the end of the rental. We take photos before and after your stay, we will apply a fee of €80 if the barbecue is not left clean

Other remarks
Ideally located 35 minutes from the Var coast, in the centre of the Var, it will be very easy for you to reach and visit the surroundings as well as the surrounding towns: Saint Raphaël, Saint Tropez, Sainte Maxime, Les Arcs sur Argens with its castle above a hill, Tourtour, Salernes, Flayosc, La Motte, Lorgues, Roquebrune Sur Argens;

Many wine estates await you to taste.

But also a little more than an hour away: the Gorges du Verdon, Nice, Monaco, Menton, Cannes or Grasse and its perfumeries, or more typical places such as Eze, Gourdon, Italian border.
