“We stayed one night at this onsen during our two week holiday throughout Japan. The service was second to none (except that they had no lunch to offer upon arrival, so don´t arrive hungry). “Location is good, opposite is the ski resort, which has good snow. Overall room was well maintained, public Onsen was nice too. However we came during early ski season, there is barely any restaurants opens. Hotel cafe food is a bit expensive, and not much choice (mainly western). “Ett stort rymligt rum med två futonsängar. Passar ett par perfekt då rummet blev rymligt. Härligt ljusinsläpp, enkelt - precis som vad vi var ute efter. Fina och bekväma yakatas som vi gick ner till hotellets onsen. Onsen var väldigt bra, könsseparerat och lugnt. Bastu, tre varma källor och en kall. Frukosten testade vi inte, verkade väldigt enkel.”

"Stayed 2 nights to rest and recover before going to Tokyo. The hotel was a short walk from the station with idyllic scenery with beautiful Sakura and mountains.
The personelle were super nice and helpful. They provided a free bus ride to the snow monkey park.
The room was spacious and comfy. The hotel dinner and breakfast were amazing. Highly recommend the dinner.
The onsen was really hot which took some time getting used to but I think that’s part of the experience.
Only real downside were the hard pillows which seem to be a theme in Japan.
Overall really enjoyable stay and we highly recommend going here."
