Arranged over three floors of a recently renovated, traditional stone villa the property comfortably sleeps ten and is ideally set up for alfresco living. Guests can enjoy meals cooked on the BBQ or a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool. There’s also a pretty dining terrace and space around the pool to soak up the sun; all with an incredible view of the bay and mountains beyond.

Inside, the bright and airy property enjoys a large open-plan living space with an eat-in kitchen, two dining areas and a comfortable TV room. The modern kitchen is fitted with; a breakfast bar for three, a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer. The villa has been stylishly furnished throughout with flat-screen, digital HDTVs in the living space and bedrooms, comfortable seating areas and a sauna for the ultimate relaxation.

Location

The property is located on the Bay of Kotor, on the Adriatic Sea in southwestern Montenegro, a 15-minute walk (2-minute drive) from the small town of Perast. Characterised by its beautiful Venetian architecture Perast is known for its picturesque setting and has numerous well-preserved palaces and churches. The town also enjoys a selection of waterfront cafes and restaurants where visitors can enjoy local Montenegrin cuisine.

The UNESCO World Heritage Site of Kotor is a 15-minute drive from the property and boasts a rich history dating back to ancient times. The town\'s medieval architecture, including churches, palaces, and fortifications, reflects its importance as a strategic coastal settlement. Another famous attraction nearby is the artificial island of Our Lady of the Rocks (Gospa od Škrpjela), home to a Catholic church and a museum. The island can be accessed from Peskovita plaža Perast a 4-minute drive from the accommodation.

Often referred to as Boka Bay, the fjord-like Bay of Kotor is surrounded by steep mountains and dotted with pretty coastal towns and beaches, making it a popular destination for boat trips and exploration. Persat Beach is a 3-minute drive (29-minute walk), Orahovac Beach a 4-minute drive (35-minute walk) and Galebova Beach is a 7-minute from the property.
