Välkommen till den mysigaste stugan på Senecas västra sida. Komplett ombyggnad i oktober 2018 - inifrån och ut. Denna stuga ligger i en mycket privat och lugn miljö. Alla nya golv, tak, verandtak och båthus taket hösten 2018. Njut av den fantastiska utsikten från badtunnan med utsikt över sjön. Det finns kabel-TV med stor skärm och trådlöst internet med hög hastighet. Fronten på stugan har en fantastisk utsikt över sjön genom en mestadels glasvägg. Den vyn är tillgänglig från de flesta av stugan. Middag med familjen eller frukost vid soluppgången kan avnjutas på ett stort täckt däck med utsikt över sjön eller på bryggan. Har kolgrill och eldstad vid vattnet. Mycket stora sovrum, inklusive en kungmästare. Moderna nya apparater i köket - nytt badrum med keramiska plattor. Mycket väl inredda och exceptionellt rena. 2 tennisbanor i närheten. 3 golfbanor inom 15 minuter. Massagestugor och limousinturer vid dörren finns tillgängliga. Det finns bara några trappor ner till sjön och till och med en liten strand för barn. Vi har ett mycket centralt läge som sätter oss nära de flesta regioners främsta vingårdar och närliggande städer. Vi är 6 miles från shopping, livsmedel, bensin, restauranger och biografer. 8 miles från statlig båt lansering och båtuthyrning. Vägen öppen året runt och lättillgänglig på vintern. Gångavstånd till Outlet Trail för vandring och cykling mellan sjöarna i Seneca och Keuka. Gå till tennisbanor och nya Tot Lot. Stugan är modern och exceptionellt ren. Pris för utmärkelse varje år. Nuce but a little updating needed

The queen bed mattess was very squeeky and the room got hot. A new matress and ceiling fan would help. Super quiet location and peaceful. Spotted Deck creamery was super close and delicious. I would definitely come back.

Convenient location and very clean

We really enjoyed our lake get-a-way. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The street was very quiet with friendly neighbors. The location was a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go. For those traveling with kids- the tot area mentioned in the description is a 15 minute walk, so driving there is more realistic with kids. Also there really isn’t a beach area for the kids to swim as listed. We brought life jackets so our kids jumped off the dock to swim and climbed the loosely attached ladder to get out.

Great Stay

We had a great week at the property. Early June so the weather was still cool and the lake COLD! We wanted a week of relaxed time to read and be together. It was perfect. The cottage was well equipped. We loved the covered deck where we could hang out even in the rain looking over the lake. The only negative was a soft King bed, and no instructions as to where the washer and dryer were located. We hunted around and finally found it in the basement which was only accessible from outside. Once we found it, we were pleased with the full size washer and dryer. We would definitely come back to this cottage.

Finger Lakes getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice - comfortable for four adults. The weather could have been better, but it was relaxing. Steps to the lake were more than we thought - a lot of them and kind of steep. Overall, it was a nice time away.

Rental House right on Lake Senwca

Very quiet peaceful getaway right on Lake Seneca. The property was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the fire pit and hot tub overlooking the water were wonderful ways to relax after exploring Watkins Glen and the local wineries!

Great weekend getaway

Had a great stay! The location was perfect, close to the wineries & only a 20 min drive to Watkins Glen! Enjoyed beautiful sunrises from the covered porch & relaxing evenings in the hot tub! The only thing I had a problem with was the large gaps in the fence that my dogs could easily get through & the fact they needed to be on the leash while in the yard. Not a huge problem but not what I expected

Awesome getaway on the lake

House was perfect for a family getaway on the lake. House has two large size bed rooms and a large family room. Great view of the lake with a deck overlooking the dock and lake. Hottub was excellent to relax in as well.

Week end getaway

A friend and I decided to go for a little wine tasting. Not exactly the best weather or time of year for it, but hey….. the place was cozy, the beds were comfy and the place was available. Hopefully we will make another trip for the summer and it will be available.

Clean and comfy

We had a nice stay - the house is just as advertised and was very clean. We went in late November, and it was cold/rainy/snowy much of the stay, so we didn't use the outside space. It was a great property for this time of year though with a cozy electric fireplace and a hot tub overlooking the lake. It also has almost a full glass wall facing the lake, so the view is wonderful. The kitchen is very small, but functional and had everything we needed for cooking an easy dinner. The living room and bedrooms were spacious and there is a ton of storage! Bathroom is also very tiny, but clean and worked for us. The location is amazing, we walked to a playground and were very close to the Keuka Outlet Trail. Wineries and Breweries are only a few minutes away.

Amazing lake view on a quiet street

We loved our stay at this cozy cottage on the lake. The location was perfect, close enough to local wineries, breweries, restaurants, and still a quiet, secluded cottage to come back to at night. We enjoyed the hot tub with the phenomenal view of the lake. The check in and check out process was easy with communication from the property manager. We hope to return in the summer to enjoy the lake.

Weekend on the lake

Such a perfect location! The cottage is right on the water, amazing views from the living room, porch and dock! It’s close to everything you could possibly want to explore. We did a day in Canandigua and another day near Penn Yan checking out breweries. The cottage itself was clean and spacious. Filtered water was a nice touch. It had everything we needed. Definitely hope to come again.

Cozy, pet-friendly retreat

Cozy cottage right on the lake. We loved starting our day soaking in the hot tub while watching the sunrise. We brought our two dogs, and they enjoyed the fenced in yard and swimming at the public beach which is just down the road.

Great view

Cottage is near the end of a dead end road and is very peaceful. Wonderful view of sun and moon rise. Although the cottage needs some updating, it was immaculate which is more important for me.

Beautiful Cottage

The cottage had a wonderful view of Seneca Lake. The covered porch was great to have meals and play cards while enjoying the wonderful view. The master bedroom was huge with a king-sized soft bed and plenty of room for bags and dog beds for our fur babies. Having a fenced in area for the dogs was very beneficial and living 4 houses from the end of the road, kept the traffic at the bare minimum. The dock was long and in good shape but there was a tremendous amount of seaweed. I did not get in the water due to the seaweed but i was in the great hot tub very often.

Wine Get Away

Great location, enjoyed the beautiful lake! Property is fine for a short stay, nothing fancy but does the job! The only suggestion would be to have more amenities like prepackaged coffee, cream, etc.. Not a lot of shopping close and hours vary in this area so can be difficult to get these items. But despite that, I would stay at this property again.
