“What a hidden gem!! The Williams Inn is a lovely place to stay. It is beautifully decorated, clean and has great features like the free coffee station which also features a filtered water and seltzer machine. The restaurant was pricey so we didn’t eat there. We ate breakfast at the Spring street market & cafe. Cute little place popular with the college students. Dinner we ate at the Water Street Grill. Good food and good prices. “Nice re-do of an older motel. Clean, comfortable room. Very friendly staff. Simple breakfast also included. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the size of the bath towels.”

“Do yourself a favor and reserve at this special Motel. It is rare to encounter such welcoming hospitality and cleanliness. Our bathroom was spotless and the room was clean. The Breakfast was modest but outstanding with fresh organic strawberries and various breads. I can’t remember having such a good lodging experience such as this in the USA. ”

“This is our second time staying here. We love the property, the suites work for us as there is a bedroom which is separate from the living space. There are plenty of things to do on the property and in the surrounding area. Mt. Greylock, antiquing, great breakfast spots! The Country Store on the property has great sandwiches and things needed for your stay.”

“We stayed at the newly renovated motel, where owner David was friendly and helpful. The charming motel was perfect for our last-minute trip to enjoy the foliage at Mt. Greylock. They served spiked apple cider, a wide selection of local beers, and canned seltzer at their bar. We went to a cozy old-fashioned restaurant just 10 minutes away for dinner. They also offer a fire pit with wood and s'mores at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, we were too tired to enjoy it after our hike, but the motel...

“We had a wonderful stay in the large Room #3. Although the bathroom is small, it is updated and clean. All necessary amentities were present including slippers and extra toothbrushes and paste. Nice touch! Continental breakfast was deluxe and freshly made pot of coffee was delicious. Loved the creamer/milk choices in the fridge. Will stay here again!”

“We had an excellent experience. The location was convenient for our needs, clean, and tastefully done. It's excellent value for the area. It must be said that a younger traveller will probably be more comfortable with the low-touch approach (text check in, code-locked doors), but they've clearly made an effort to be more accessible to a traveler looking for something more traditional. ”
