“De städar inte rummet och det är något de borde berätta tydligen. Men istället ljuger personalen varje gång man frågar. Köket är bra med spisen och mikrovågsugn men ingen annan utrustning. Parkering är super bra, inget klagomål där. Man ser sällan personalen även under dagtid. Gymet är liten men rent och alltid öppen. I sammanfattning ligger hotellet på ett bra område men servicen är null”

“Terrible property left in less then an hour we decided to just drive the 3 hours back home instead, i dont think they wash the bedsheets because there was hair all over it and the pillows, the towels in the bathroom had hair in them aswell... the place was ran down and felt pretty sketchy.”

“Room was excellent, very helpful staff, really enjoyed the full breakfast at La Quinta. There were two challenges with our stay; first, the side door at the bottom of the stairwell was always open, making it easy for anyone without a card key to enter the building; and second, the pool was easily accessible, but it had not been cleaned, so we spent the first 15 minutes cleaning and skimming the pool before we got in. Location is awesome; easy access to the highway to our destinations in Garden...

“Bed was very comfy, room was clean, staff was fantastic! Kids loved making s'mores and watching outdoor money. Staff was super helpful about letting us know all the secrets of getting into Schlitterbahn early. Loved our stay!”

“Cute little collection of cabins. Accessibility getting into cabins was poor- variable height old warped wooden stairs made using a cane challenging. I hadn't asked for accessibility but stairs seem pretty basic. I'll go back, but be sure to have dealt with that at reservations. 2 bed room cabin was incredibly small, cozy to cramped depending on your taste. No seating whatsoever except side of bed. Bed reasonably comfortable. Very clean. Prices very high but consistent with that "resort" area....
