Ein super Hotel für Familien. Das Zimmer absolut top, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Wir haben die 9 Nächste sehr genossen und konnten uns super entspannen. Auch die Möglichkeit mit dem Shuttle-Bus in die Malls haben wir sehr geschätzt. Definitiv empfehlenswert.

Staff was nice and very helpful. Their private beach was clean. Compliments to the life guard on duty who was also very helpful and helped us set up a cabana. Overall great stay. I would recommend the breakfast and dinner option if you don’t plan on going out into the city that much.

I must say ! Absolutely stunning and beautiful! Service is more than excellent! Specifically front desc stuff, in Special Mr. Vikas ( concierge) amazing kindness and quality of Service ! I had an IT issue which was completely solved by IT specialist in few minutes … food funtastic … hotel room super quite and stunning sea view, the bed a dream ! We really loved it ! This hotel needs a good management. We stayed 7 nights hotel has perfect location nice hotel but if you can’t manage then it is meaningless. We have complained about the AC problem everyday but it was fixed the last day. My 3 yr old son got infected from the pool and still suffering with open wounds on his chest. And the worst part is we didn’t see any smiling and welcoming faces. Even when we were at the breakfast no good service but they had a vip guest and even the chef came to their table. Not recommended.

An average 5 star. We were not impressed and somehow disappointed. Prior to arrivals we have requested an early check in, which was not met on arrival ( explaining our long travels with 2 young children). The room was an okay room facing a noisy back road with lorry deliveries all the time. We had no senior management or anyone approach us ever checked on us during 6 nights stay. Food was okay, nothing expressive. Children’s entertainment basic. We won’t be returning.

Very well-trained and friendly staff who are always willing to help and try to fulfill every wish. The food is of a very high standard, which we really liked in the all-inclusive package. The private beach is also very well maintained - the staff are very attentive and serve quickly. Room service also always worked quickly and cleanly. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back in the future. Small tip for improvement: There was sometimes very little going on in the hotel in the evenings in March. In other 5 star hotels it is common to have live music from artists playing while having a few drinks. If this were planned at least 3-4 days a week, it would be a perfect hotel stay at Taj Exotica Dubai. Feel free to open the game room until midnight instead of 10 p.m.

Das Hotel ist wirklich super, Essen absolute Oberklasse. Das Personal ist fürsorglich und hilft in jeder Situation. In die Stadt oder Marina kommt man nur mit Taxi oder Shuttle, aber dies ist in Dubai sehr preiswert.

The family and I enjoyed a fabulous stay at the Taj exotica resort and Spa. All the staff, from the concierges, to the security, waiters and housekeeping were incredibly friendly, courteous, helpful and polite throughout our stay. The hotel views, cleanliness, facilities were outstanding, beautiful, practical and suitable for all age groups of our family. We used the excellent gym and attended the optional yoga classes on occasion. The spa facilities were impressive with highly skilled masseurs. The international food buffet for breakfast and dinner was exquisite with such a wide range of delicious delicacies to suit any palate. We felt safe in a specifically chosen quiet area, with a wonderful promenade and beach walking facilities, and access to prompt taxi and uber services on our doorstep. Unfortunately, I do not know the names of all the staff I had a privilege to come into contact with, but a special thanks Ayub who welcomed us into the resort and could not have been more helpful on our first meeting, Kenneth who helped us to obtain tickets to the popular museum of the future, Rhishub who catered for us superbly at dinner and breakfast, the highly skilled masseur Grace at the spa and Abhishekh and Riya who entertained us to a fantastic A la carte menu at the Varq. Thank you, again, to all the team and staff for a magnificent stay at the Taj exotica resort and spa.

Wonderful service. Staff of the hotel was very helpful in many situations without even asking them. We had a very relaxing week. Breakfast is amazing, they offer a whole warm Buffett that was more Indian style but also fresh fruit, yoghurt, omelette, pancakes and pastry. I especially loved the excellent coffee. We only went once to the Hotel restaurants because there are so many excellent Dining options in Dubai. The food at the Indian Restaurant inside the hotel was delicious and the service excellent but we found it a little overpriced compared to other experiences we had outside of the hotel in the city center. There is a complimentary shuttle to the Mall of the Emirates and the Dubai Hills Mall several times a day but taxis are also not expensive. But anytime between about 3:30 to 7:30 pm in the afternoon traffic is horrible if you want to go toward the city center, so it can take an hour where you would normally need 30 min. We enjoyed the beach and even more the pool, the complimentary drinking water everywhere in the hotel, and as I mentioned before you get treated like a prince/princess.

Due to our international clientele, we do strive to diversify our food offerings based on popularity and guests’ preferences and display a wide variety of cuisine in five restaurants including a British Gastropub, a Mediterranean/Arabic lounge, and theme night dinners in Palm Kitchen. In addition, our Chefs are always eager to surprise our guests with customized menus in case of any special request. I am sorry if we did not meet you expectation and I have surely discussed this with our culinary team.Regarding the bad smell please be assured that we will conduct a thorough investigation to find the root cause as it seems to be an unprecedented case. The service was spectacular. From the moment hat my wife and I walked In, for an early check in, everything was amazing. We were greeted with a bouquet of flowers my wife and two mini shells necklaces and a very refreshing drink. We received an upgrade to a beautiful suite. The attention to the details was incredible our concierge Vikas was incredible always a step ahead of our needs. The restaurants with great food no matter where we eat we had the best of everything. One of my favorite dish was the Risotto ai frutti di mare and fried gnocchi sautéed in butter with sage and Parmesan cheese. The Mediterranean restaurant also great and the Indian restaurant what can I say amazing. Almost forgot the English sport pub with the best oxtails and their fish and chip, we meet the chef, Shivang. I do recommend The Taj for all the services, for making us feeling like home and for the beautiful peoples that work there they friendly way of treating people making you feel welcomed. Congratulations to the management of this beautiful hotel in picking the best team possible and a huge thanks to Vikas Kumar a great consierge and person for caring about us like your own family. From the bottom of my heart thanks to the Taj. I will be back!!!

Aircon system too cold bathtoom lights too dim
Everything was satisfactory except for the lighting which is difficult to use especially bathroom lighting is too dim. The touch switches don’t work and aircon cannot be adjusted to above 25 degrees when the room is too cold. Do I ended switching off the aircon is permanently .

The hotel was beautiful. The staff went over and beyond to help with everything. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is quiet and at the end of the palm. The location is away from the busy areas in Dubai, so if you are looking for the perfect getaway then this is it! Food was great and the variety was amazing. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to a number of the shopping malls and this is convenient. The beach is clean, and comfortable. There was nothing we did not like about this hotel. Dubai is truly opulent and welcoming. There is so much to see and do in Dubai. The people, atmosphere, and culture was explained to us by everyone we met. We will definitely go back to visit Dubai. Thank you (The Taj Exotica Hotel) for your hospitality and a brilliant time.

Taj Exotica Hotel and the stay was perfect! My only issue was with Expedia booking which ignored my breakfast and dinner selection, and I had to pay it at the hotel again as I didn't have a screen capture of the booking. Expedia support was of no help. Expedia review for this stay - 1 star
