Important Information for a Seamless Stay
1. Passport Submission: As per the local law and building security, kindly submit soft copies of your passports before the check-in date. This ensures a smooth and efficient check-in process.
2. Check-In/Out Timings: Check-In: 15:00 PM onwards | Check-Out: 11:00 AM | Self check-in through PIN enabled digital lock doors
3. Local Taxes: Tourism Dirham tax of AED 10 per night is applicable on this Property, as well as 5% VAT. We will collect these taxes on arrival, should it not be collected by Airbnb automatically for any reasons.
4. Access Cards: Kindly return access cards/keys in good condition at the allocated areas. In the event of lost cards, a replacement fee of AED 400 per card will be applicable.
5. Barbeque: BBQs are NOT allowed inside apartments, balconies, or terraces. Only allowed in designated areas if provided by Operator or Community Management.
6. Smoking: Smoking indoors is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Shisha/hookah is banned indoors and outdoors for safety.
7. No Pets: Only specific units allow pets with prior approval, a completed Pet Addendum, and paid Pet Fee.
8. Alterations: No alterations to the Unit without written owner approval.
9. Waste Disposal: Dispose of garbage and recycling in designated bins and areas. No rubbish in public/common spaces. Follow designated garbage and recycling collection rules.

To ensure security, regulation and for future guest experience we kindly ask to respect below House Rules, any violation results in fees of 2000 AED:
• No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings, and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited on the Airbnb property. Guests must keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the occupants of neighbouring units – esp. during nighttime hours (e.g. 11 p.m. – 8 a.m.)
• No Smoking: Smoking (incl. shisha/hookah) is strictly prohibited inside and outside.
• No Pets: Only specific units allow pets with prior approval.
• No Shoes: Please remove shoes upon entering the house, as damages and stains on carpets are unavoidable otherwise.
• A/C: Please do not switch off the A/C entirely for longer periods since the temperature/humidity in Dubai might cause damages in the building.

• Lost keys/cards: Keys are to remain in the possession of the primary guest at all times during the stay. The keys should never be replicated or left out of the care of the primary guest.
• Eating areas: Eating and drinking should be limited to the kitchen and dining areas. Please refrain from eating/drinking in the bedrooms.
• Trash and recycling: Dispose of garbage and recycling in designated areas in buildings (e.g., garbage chutes on the same level). No rubbish in unit or common spaces in building.
