This beautiful three bedroom apartment in Damac Hills 2 is the perfect place to stay with your loved ones on your upcoming trip to Dubai. Decorated in soft beiges with sleek gold accents throughout, we know you will feel at home the minute you step through the doors. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your daily meals at home and with the open plan living style, you will still feel connected with your loved ones as you cook up a storm. Enjoy your meals together at the dining table comfortably seating six. The living room flows out to the garden area which is covered with Astroturf flooring. The living area features two plush sofas positioned in front of your big screen TV, making this the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the city. Upstairs you will find the three bedrooms, all with luxurious large beds fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft, you will probably sleep in later than usual. There are also two balconies upstairs, once up, enjoy the community views while sipping your coffee and planning your days adventure. All bedrooms have ample walldrobe space. The bathrooms are all fitted with Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities to leave you smelling great all day.

The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 2,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
