Checked in on 4th Feb. Arrived at about 8am and had requested for early check-in but the gentleman on the reception desk at the time didn’t even care to listen. so had to wait at the lounge till 2pm. when it was time to check, i didn’t know the procedures and then gentleman rudely asked me to drop my passport and wait at the lounge. there was a queue but what is disappointing is that i saw people who came in later than me get checked in before i was!
I eventually checked in at about 3.20pm. The room was okay but the beddings weren’t freshly cleaned. there were traces of hair on the pillow covers. i let housekeeping know but they didn’t change them until the next day.
I had booked for 4 nights, and had determined not to extend my stay, but thanks to Rolack, Roda and Jeslin- they were extremely nice to me and somehow found myself extending my stay for an extra 5 days!
all else went fine but the cleanliness in the room needs to be improved. the carpet is never cleaned, the beddings weren’t changed for days even on request, one of the cleaners removed the pillow slips and was using it to clean the surfaces, and sink. cleanliness of the utensils needs to be watched, etc. other than the cleanliness amd check- in experience all else was good amd would still recommend it especially for the sake of 3 people i already mentioned up there
