We did not have a great experience at Address Sky View. Some of the main reasons why we will not return are the following:
- The main reason for booking the hotel was their rooftop pool area. Which was closed while we were there. Instead, they were crowded with all sorts of people (people who did not even live in the hotel) down in the lobby pool. Distasteful!
- We had a lot of noise in the room, both from outside traffic, but also from neighbors in the upper/lower floors.
- When we learned that the hotel's rooftop pool was closed, I contacted the hotel to ask if there were still opportunities to take photos from the top of the area. I then got the answer that it was perfectly OK to take photos from their spa department. Once we were there, the hotel guards stopped us from taking pictures. So lousy. I contacted the reception, who then said that they needed approval from the "Marketing team", which will take 24 hours to respond. But never any feedback. So bad!
- To the airport we booked the hotel transfer - something they wanted to confirm four times (they even called late at night and woke our sleeping daughter) - we said each time that we would have a baby chair in the car on the way to the airport, which they confirmed. But NO baby chair was in the car on the morning of departure. So really bad! The driver said, "We will be there in 15-20 minutes", as if a traffic accident could not happen during that time? Still, they took full payment for this.
Do not recommend this!
