We are happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays and other various concierge services at an additional cost.

Other things to note

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.

We provide one complementary cleaning session, once each 7 nights stay.
Eligible guests (Stays for 7 Nights or more) are entitled for the cleaning sessions.

Located within a strategic area in Dubai city, while having a wide variety of dining and entertainment options lying around such as the iconic horse racing venue, the golf course and much more. While being conveniently located as it’s just a 15 minutes’ drive away from Dubai design district for Art & Fashion enthusiasts, you can also visit Downtown Dubai to enjoy quality time at the iconic Burj Khalifa and shopping at one of the biggest malls in the world, the famous Dubai mall, which is only around 18 minutes’ drive away from the property.

Getting Around
Whenever you’re ready to head out into the city, a taxi will take you to trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences in Dubai style, and for the more adventurous traveler, how about venturing out to Dubai Creek and taking a Dhow Dinner Cruise. When you’re ready to explore the city further afield, you can take the Dubai Metro or an RTA taxi. Uber and other car services are also available and widely used throughout the Emirate.
