This stylish studio offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay in one of Dubai’s most iconic locations.



Step out onto the balcony and enjoy stunning views of the famous Palm Jumeirah, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.



Inside, the studio features a plush queen-sized bed and a convenient sofa bed if you have visitors coming in. The studio is perfect for two guests, or two adults with up to two children (under 14).



The fully equipped kitchen comes with all essentials, so you can easily whip up meals and snacks at any time. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, making it a refreshing retreat after a day of exploring.



From here, you’re only minutes away from the island’s best beaches, restaurants, and entertainment. Whether you’re here to unwind, sightsee, or experience the excitement of Dubai, this studio provides the perfect balance of comfort and location.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).



Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.



Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM.



We provide you with a starter pack of toiletries. Please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products are not provided.



Please note that baby cots & baby high-chair are subject to availability only. Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.



Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. Failure to comply will result in violation fee of AED 1000.



Please note that the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay.



If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged depending on the availability and for an additional fee. Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 for each lost access card.



Late check-out fee AED 100/hour.
