The Space



The Living room has a contemporary style, featuring a comfy L- shaped sofa accompanied by an armchair with a coffee table situated across a Flat Screen Television.



The dining area is situated next to the balcony. The dining table can seat up to 4 persons comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances for a seamless stay.



Master Bedroom



An elegant, spacious Master Bedroom with a King size bed and two side tables with lampshades with an incredible view of Burj Khalifa seen from the floor-to-ceiling windows. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with its breathtaking view.

An en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, a shower, a double basin, and a toilet.



The Second & Third bedroom feature a queen-size bed with an attached bathroom as well.

Other things to note



Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts, and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.



Checkout cleaning fees are mandatory charges covering cleaning costs upon guests' checkout. Please note that cleaning supplies are not provided, as this is a serviced apartment, and cleaning should be arranged through our service provider only. A mandatory cleaning session is included for stays of 7 or more days, at an additional charge to keep the unit in excellent condition.



The Neighborhood



The apartment is located in Business Bay area, near downtown Dubai. The downtown area is a vital region with a wide array of activities to do starting from shopping trips with your family and friends at the fancy “Dubai mall” which is only a short drive away from the apartment and where you can also visit the stunning Aquarium and underwater zoo and see the dancing fountain every night to visiting the famous iconic Burj Khalifa and enjoy the views.



You will also find numerous restaurants, Coffeeshops, and Supermarkets scattered in the area so you will have everything you need in a blink of an eye.



Business Bay metro station is a short cab ride away from the apartment and from there, you'll be able to move around the city smoothly. Dubai International Airport is around 15 minutes driving distance away from the apartment.
