Stay away retirement homem
Too old, holes on the bed sheets, water pressure fluctuates, TV dod not even work. I cant believe emaar will let this sink this bad.

Fairly decent
The hotel was in a good location with lots of trees and greenery around. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Only two downsides to this place: 1. Music on the weekends gets pretty loud and if you have a golf view room then expect to get no sleep before 12 AM. 2. The key card reader on our door stopped working so we spent 15 mins trying to get it sorted before they eventually opened the door with a physical key. The service was good and for the price it was not too bad.

The hotel is very very far from the centre, beach and shopping centres. The golf facility was closed, even for walking on its walkways. Nothing to do at this location.

Our stay was a true 'holiday', comfortable and luxurious, and the staff and service were top notch. Lovely location too.

Comfortable stay in AR at a very reasonable price
Comfortable stay in AR at a very reasonable price. Friendly staff. Great location if you want to be close to Arabian Ranches or golf course but away from anything else. Enjoyed our stay a lot as our main concern was to be as close to Arabian Ranches as possible.

The service was great. Bernardo, a hotel employee, went above and beyond to make our stay quite memorable;we appreciated all of his assistance. We will be returning for another stay in the near future.

Schönes Hotel direkt auf dem Golfplatz, allerdings damit auch ein wenig abgelegen in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend! Nachteil: das Frühstücksbuffet war extrem teuer (135 AED = ca. 34€!!!!!)

Home feeling in an otherwise insane place
This is an excellent property located on a golf course with great facilities and a friendly staff. It offers two diverse restaurants. In a high energy, high pressure city of Dubai it offers a relaxing, laid back atmosphere. There are also great running trails.

Super fint hotel til en god golfferie !
Et super hotel til den perfekte golfferie. Bar, restaurant og øvrige faciliteter helt i top med et rigtigt venligt og serviceminded personale. Eneste minusser er beligenheden i fohold til indkøb, og så mangler hotellet et fitnesscenter til at være helt perfekt.

Malgré une réservation confirmée et payée, en arrivant a l hôtel, le réceptionniste nous apprend que pour lui rien n est réservé, et que de toute façon l hôtel est plein, merci au revoir! Accueil déplorable et pas serviable. A nous de nous débrouiller pour trouver un autre hotel

request rooms away from restaurant
Lovely hotel. Staff very attentive. One problem is that if you have a room which is situated over the restaurant there is constant noise from either guests dining or staff clearing up. The management did ac knowledge this problem and moved me to a room on the opposite side of the hotel. Other than this it was a lovely stay

l labergo era in fase di rinnovo per cui non posso dire che la mattina si poteva dormire, però ambiente molto ricercato. Bellissima la sala colazione/pranzo, stile club inglese.

Just what I needed!
The Rances Golf Club offers a quality home-from-home. It isn't a flash souless 5* hotel (like there are so many of in Dubai) - it is a well serviced, comfortable and well priced option for those on business. The bar and restaurant serve great food, drinks and have an outdoor terrace which in the cooler months is a fnatastic place to hang out. The rooms are excellent and the price is untouchable. The only current negative issue is the local building works, but this won't last for ever and doesn't impact on the stay whatsoever!

There are about 11 guest rooms at the golf club. Our twin room was of a good size and was clean and nicely decorated. The balcony was not large enough to stand on, so not sure it should be called balcony really. The big let-down was breakfast. We were told that breakfast was available for 50 dirhams however this is not a fixed price, but means that ordering toast, juice and coffee from the breakfast menu will come to approx 50 dirhams. A nice breakfast with for example salmon & eggs and a second cup of coffee will cost a lot more. Our total bill for 2 people the first day was 150 dirhams. The service at breakfast was quite poor. On average, we waited 45-60 minutes for our food, even though we only ordered toast! How it can take more than 10 minutes to toast four slices of bread is beyond me. It got so bad that we skipped breakfast and headed to the Shakespeare cafe in the local shopping centre. We had dinner one night at the hotel and although the speed of service was marginally better, it wasn't very friendly. Waiters slammed the wine glasses on the table and never smiled. We knew there was no swimming pool at the golf club which although a shame was fine. We were told we would get vouchers to use the Polo club pool but nobody at the hotel knew anything about this upon arrival. The hotel also didn't mention the considerable construction taking place outside and around it at the time of booking.

Excellent get away from Dubai City
Lovely place. Location is surely out of town but peaceful with wonderful luscious green golf courses. Attention to detail is right up there and staff are very nice and friendly too.

An oasis in an oasis
The location of Arabian Ranches Golf Club is about 30 minutes by car from most of the places one might reasonable wish to visit, from the airport to Dubai Marina to The Creek, and including all the Malls from Ibn Battuta to Irdif, and including Emirates Mall and Dubai Mall. Malls are more than simply shops, they are experiences of Dubai, with restaurants, skiing, iconic buildings such as Burj Khalifa. It isn't necessary to play golf to stay at the Golf Club, but it made me think about picking up some clubs and having another go. The room - 110 - was a good size with an excellent en-suite bathroom, and a view over the golf course. The free broadband was reliable, if a tad slow. The restaurant was very good - breakfast especially was excellent. You really need a car to stay at the hotel, though taxis are nearby and not expensive, and there is a regular bus service from Arabian Ranches to the Emirates Mall metro stop, which then opens up all other areas of Dubai, except Palm Jumeirah, which has a completely separate monorail system. Staff at the hotel were all most professional, cheerful and helpful - I couldn't fault them. No real negatives about the Golf Club - it would have been nice to have had access to a swimming pool - but it IS a golf club after all!

a little jewel out of the city
Very efficient, friendly, clean spacious and well decorated rooms. Peaceful and yet the road systems allows easy access to both Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the rest of the Emirates. The shopping facilities are excellent on the Ranches and you also have use of the shops on Motor City.
