Das ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel - höchstens ein 3 Sterne. Die Einrichtung wirkt alt, obwohl das Hotel erst ein Jahr alt ist. In manchen Schränken stinkt es und man kann dort nichts lagern. Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, weil in der Beschreibung stand, dass die Zimmer schallisoliert sind. Allerdings ist das Hotel und das Zimmer laut. Man hört deutlich den Straßenlärm, das Geschehen auf dem Flur und bis drei Uhr nachts den Club mit Musik und Bass. Eigentlich ist es unverschämt die Wände so dünn zu bauen, wenn man im Hotel ein Club hat. Wer also im Urlaub keine Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig. Die Umgebung ist abgelegen man sieht kaum Touristen. Kann interessant sein, wenn man das andere Dubai sehen möchte, wo die Einheimischen leben. Das Frühstück ist klein und übersichtlich - auch keine 5 Sterne wert. Das Personal ist bemüht und freundlich. Gäste allerdings eher laut und teilweise rücksichtslos. Kleinkinder dürfen nicht in den Pool. Was für uns natürlich mit kleinen Kindern furchtbar war.

Bathroom was nice and big, good pressure. Rooms are big beds are comfy AC very strong amazing hotel would recommended and go back. Nice reception area with complimentary tea and dates. Amazing swimming pool and massage.

I had a great stay at Asiana Grand hotel. The staff were amazing. The room was clean. The hotel was close to everything. I will be back and stay here again!

I stayed 11 days in Asiana grand hotel. It was a very good experience. It was new and very well maintained. The room was spacious and staff was helpful and very welcoming. I rate very high and it was a wonderful experience.

Great hotel with a great team.
Had a great stay, a very nice and clean hotel. Close to local amenities with strong transport links. The staff was lovely and most of all kids loved it.

The reception desk was really helpful and so was the doorman. The room cleaning and providence of bath towels were terrible. Door was left open by the cleaning staff and bathrooms were not great. There was an aweful smell and the staff at the night club were very unfriendly as we were passing by them to go to the lift. Breakfast was ok but couldve had more options. Coffee had to be paid for. I'm not sure how the hotel obtained a 5 star ratings. Either dubai standards have been lowered or these operators are given permission to operate without inspections. There was no one who offered the services that hotel will assist with. Not sure if it was a 5 star hotel and it was sub-standard. Cleaning cloth was left in the room, cups were not washed. I guess hotel owners are trying to cut costs but it gives a bad image to Dubai's reputation

One the best I have stayed in Dubai. They are constantly cleaning and staff are super friendly. Mr Lwin and Mr Shayan (and a lady, don't recall her name) were always available to help.

Overall best hotel, good price, enough parking, best desk staffs and good swimming pool for adults(1.5meter deep all over) Disappointed about the swimming pool as 1. Not kids swimming pool 2. Kids lessthan 5 years can't swim with adult. Hotels.com must mention #1 on their website.

I reserved my stay through Orbitz for 2 adults and two children in a suite. They refused to a add an extra bed and asked for almost a AED160 for 3 nights! I didn’t like their attitude in dealing with the situation.
