- Stays of 7–14 days: AED 200 per service upon request.
- Stays longer than 14 days: Complimentary cleaning once every 14 days.

- Smoking is not permitted. A fine of AED 3,000 will be charged if smoking is detected.

No Parties or Events: This is a residential building, and we kindly ask guests to respect the neighbors by avoiding loud music and gatherings.
No Pets Allowed: For hygiene and allergy reasons, pets are not permitted in the apartment.
Registered Guests Only: Only guests who have provided passport copies prior to check-in are allowed to stay overnight.
Check-in & Check-out: Standard check-in time is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and additional fees.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
