Capitol Hotel
Bra läge, mycket trevlig frukostpersonal. Dock är det obegripligt att de inte har ett väl fungerande Wi-Fi då de skyltar med det i hissarna. Omöjligt att sova före kl.03 eftersom ljuvolymen/basen från nattklubben är så genomträngande.

Something is really need to change in this hotel .
Dear Sir. Too much going on in this Hotel , Is it a entertainment center more than hotel , My Shower was not properly working , Whole night until 4 morning , Drum was banging on my head , no smoking but my room and whole hotel was full of cigarettes smell , they have rented all the empty spaces for sports bar like in the pool area and lobby area .

This place is only for people who want to party until late. i couldn't get any sleep cuz the night clubs in the hotel were blasting until 3:00 am. I had asked for a non smoking room but the room smelled really bad as if someone had smoked. This hotel is not 4 star as rated on Expedia. more like 3 star

Room was worn out and carpet was disgusting, Bathroom was stingy and super dirty. bath tub had a sharp broken metal piece and hotel suggestion was to avoid stepping on it!!

If you are alone and enjoy night life this is the hotel to stay. There are four nights club and a rooftop shisha . Loud noise till 3am in the room. Lot of Russian and Uzbek crowd

Good old hotel
The hotel is bid old and run down, staff were good, checkin was quick, bathroom are very old, shower water flow is slow, if that is of concern to travelers, many entertainment facilities in-house, Many restaurants in walkable distance. Parking basement to room connecting elevators are not there, so better off load luggage’s before heading to the parking. In room safety box looks museum piece, it will no way fit in laptops if that is of any concerns to travelers, pillow options are not there. Bed was so so comfortable, furniture is old and needs renovation, I guess still it’s a good come back for the facility Post-pandemic era, with incoming post-pandemic revenues, I hope things will improve for better guest experience Lots of entertainment in-house for adventures travelers

I was given a smoking room and it was terrible. I asked to be transferred to another room but I was told they are fully booked. Also there a a strange smell that made my stay unpleasant. I hope the management do something to get it fixed.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER
When we arrived, they let us wait for a long time and they were talking in front of us in a different language and looking at us. The room was in a no-smoking area but all floor was smelling and our room was almost impossible to stay. The windows could not be open as they have a central air conditioner. If you are looking for a place to sleep, don't go to this hotel. They have a party every night with very loud music and if you complain, they say can not do anything. So we couldn't sleep any of the nights we are there. Terrible customer service, terrible hotel. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR HOLIDAYS DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.

Worst nightmare while traveling.
I stayed overnight and need it to take a bath there was no hot water I call the front office and the first time the operator said that it will give the information to the engineering department. 45 minutes later I called again and they said the same thing. Later someone came and help out with that but another problem was that the water will not stay down. Around 11:30pm the music from the bar was so loud that it didn’t let me rest. I will never stay in or recommend this hotel.
