Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is one of Dubai’s most popular residential communities, known for its calm and welcoming atmosphere. The area is filled with landscaped parks, walking paths, and small community spaces, making it a pleasant place to stroll or unwind. Around the neighborhood, you’ll find plenty of cafés, restaurants, and grocery shops within easy reach, as well as a growing mix of local eateries and international dining spots. For convenience, larger supermarkets and shopping centers are just a short drive away. JVC is well-connected by main roads, so getting to Dubai Marina, Downtown, or the beaches only takes about 15–20 minutes, while still offering the peaceful, community-oriented feel that makes it a favorite for both residents and visitors.

Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time of 6 P.M. instead of 3 P.M.
The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to send the photo of the ID/Passport before check in..
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.

Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10 AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of AED200. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.

Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.
A penalty fare of AED550 will be charged on your deposit if you smoke in the property.
