Mycket bra service
Mycket bra service och fina bekväma rum , extra plus för tandborste och tandkräm på rummet. Vi blev hämtade vid gaten och samma person checkade oss in följde hela vägen in på rummet. Man fick vila upp sig mellan två flyg.

Dubai transfer was pleasant
Was impressed ny The service. Stayed by A-gates and everything was very smooth. We got picked up by The gate when we landed. Slept for 10 hours. Beds were Nice. Was promised 20% discount on room service so we tried that.. Turns out that it was not. Food was Nice though but a little bit negative that we didn’t get The discount.

Perfekt hotell
Jättebra mottagande, perfekt läge nära de flesta gater. Det enda hotellet skulle kunna göra bättre är incheckningen som hade kunnat gå snabbare.

Smidig lösning, bra rum, sköna sängar, anstränger sig för att man ska trivas. Enda minuset är lite långsam check in, speciellt om flera ska göra det samtidigt.

Brief, but pleasant!
Even though our stay at the Dubai International Airport hotel was only for a short night of sleep; it met and exceeded its purpose. The rooms are very convenient, comfortable, and well equipped.

Perfekt om du har en tidig flight, du checkar in väskor kvällen innan. Så på morgonen går du bara till gaten och drar iväg.

Bra boende
Bra och smidigt att kunna sova några timmer under mellanlandningen. Bra skick på rummen och bra service. Personal kom och mötte oss vid gaten och visade oss vägen till hotellet.

Fyller sin funktion, bekvämt.
Hotellet ligger inne i utrikesterminalen och är därför en smidig lösning för långa mellanlandningar. Lite långa avstånd dock mellan reception och vissa rum och ibland långa väntetider vid incheckning. Annars bra standard på boendet. Välj rätt ”concourse”, B eller C beroende på varifrån ditt nästa flyg går så slipper man en stor del av de långa avstånden.

Helt fantastisk hotel i lufthavns terminalen. Perfekt til en lang mellem landing med børn. Der er pool, boblebade og dampbad. Kan varmt anbefales alle pengene værd.

I got to the hotel to check in, they did not have my Expedia number booking reference and they said they don't deal with Expedia. I talked to the manager and he said he would cancel my hotel if they eventually found my reference number. They did find my reference number and said they would cancel my hotel, I have not received a credit yet. I called Expedia and let them know the situation and they said they would follow up with the hotel let me know in seven days, it's been three weeks and I have heard nothing Could somebody please get back to me and confirm that I'm getting a refund for a hotel I didn't use because the hotel said they did not deal with Expedia and did not have a reference number that I gave them.

Was placed in a room near the restaurant, the noise kept me awake with what sounded like furniture moving. Then people talking early morning as well. Not happy with this stay.

This hotel is inside the airport terminal, and was SO convenient to stay at for my 15 hour layover. Someone from the hotel came to meet me at my gate and walked me over to the hotel. I had a wonderful night's sleep and enjoyed a delicious room service breakfast. In the morning I just had to walk downstairs and down the terminal to get to my gate. I didn't have to go through security again or anything. I will stay here every time I have an overnight layover in Dubai!

8hours in bed before flight.
It was an overnight stay before a very early flight the next morning. What we didn’t appreciate was that it was airside fortunately we were able to check our bags in the night before after we scrambled to get things we needed for the stay and next morning.

Direkt im Terminal 3 gelegen, jeweils im jeweiligen Concourse in der Nähe der Gates, bei uns lief es allerdings maximal schlecht, aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür- Hotel im Concourse A, Landung in B, Abflug in C, weitere Wege konnte man also nicht haben, wenn das auch Jammern auf hohem Niveau ist. Der Welcome- Service war ausnehmend freundlich, der Check- in im Executive- Bereich flott und die Mahlzeiten in der Lounge sehr gut, die Service- Mitarbeiter dort bemerkenswert zuvorkommend! Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft bei einem längeren Stop, das Executive- Zimmer absolut zu empfehlen, riesengroß und sehr komfortabel! Würden wir immer wieder so machen!

Loved that the staff met us outside of our gate!
A hotel staff member met us outside of our gate to guide us to the hotel which was invaluable! Don’t think we would have found the hotel without him. Great accommodations with blackout curtains so we could sleep during our long layover.
