Struttura molto datata. Pulizia scarsa e non effettuata durante il soggiorno. È stato fornito un asciugamano per 4 persone. Le finestre erano bloccate e non è stato possibile aprirle. In compenso i ragazzi alla reception sono stati disponibili.

Overall apartments furniture dated electrical kitchen items require updating gives a feel of 3 star Balcany area very small. Limited services provided. reception staff helpful and curtious to guests. location close to all that the Maina facilities very good. Took the two Bedrooms apartment found aadequate.

Dusit Princess is next to marina walk we stayed in a three bedroom apartment that faces the marina it was beautiful view but there was construction going on the adjacent block and you can hear the pneumatic drill while in bed but I compromised for the view. Overall it was pleasant stay.

HORRIBLE a fuir !!!!
Séjour horrible que j ai du écourter trop de bruit car salle de gym juste en dessous de l’ appartement avec musique à fond des 7 h du matin toute la semaine y compris le DIMANCHE ! Cafards dans l appartement, mireoir qui tombe seul car fixe avec 2 toutes petites vices évier qui fuit et reboucher avec du SCOTCH !!! Très très déçue j ai dû me reloger et je n ai pas été remboursé c est un scandale. Hôtel.com n’ a pas été à la hauteur je ne recommande pas.

Det er kun verdt å bo der for utsikten. Badene er veldig gamle og lukter litt vondt. Sofaen er kjempe ekkel. Det er ikke en koselig leilighet og overpriset. Ansatte er super hyggelige!

Highly recommend Dusit Princess for large groups. Nice spacious 3 bedroom apartment with absolutely stunning views. Two balconies accessible from three doors. Views covering two sides of the building which was a bonus. 5-7min walk to the Metro/Tram line so other areas of Dubai are easily accessible. Great for walks around the Marina. Housekeeping is also good, done every 3 days but towels and trash changes daily if needed. There is a small pool with limited seating area on one of the lower floors. Fresh towels are available to use. There is also a supermarket just outside the entrance which makes it so convenient. You'll need to buy water regular which are only 5aed each for a 5l drum. Prices of most items are good, same as other supermarkets in Dubai. Kitchen is a good size, with some cutlery and crockery provided. (We only had one mug). Large fridge/freezer, cooking hob, oven, grill, microwave, kettle and dishwasher. The apartment also has washing machine, dryer, ironing room with an ironing board which makes life so much easier if you're staying for a long duration. We've never stayed in this sort of area in the past due to the incorrect assumption that prices and general living costs will be much higher but we were pleasantly surprised that it was ok. Thanks to many delivery apps available, getting food delivered straight to your door is easy, most deliveries (even large orders) arrived within 30mins or so. All in all, a memorable stay, highly recommended

Great location and family friendly. Parking is free and available at anytime. Few items that need to be paid attention at such a working TV, a working safe and more bathroom towels especially is you traveling with your family.

Well located and comfortable apartment hotel
Fabulous location in Dubai Marina, good size rooms, cleaning every 3 days but 24hr housekeeping support, friendly and helpful reception team. The only downside is the volume of the prayers from the mosque opposite. Ask for a high floor and bring earplugs.

Property is in excellent location, having a groceries shop almost next door makes ideal for families with children's who preferred to prepare food for themselves.Front office staffs are friendly but seems due to Covid the hotel is operating with minimal staffs. only the disappointing this that the house keeping is very very poor, during our stay not a single day house keeping has attend our room, room floors are not cleaned properly. other then these issues the hotel is excellent. Also please note that the pool is really small.

We had a pleasant stay. Thank you Janus for his quick service while checking in. Though it was great to be upgraded to 3-bedroom apartments, it looks congested because of unnecessary furnitures. Also, always ensure that the kitchen appliances are working properly particularly the microwave oven.
