Suite stay at hotel FIVE
Overall, an ok stay but not providing value for the money as it was overpriced and bad quality. Although, the rooms are nice the service is very poor ( e.g got booked rooms after 2h, everything costs on the premises you could not even bring water to the pool, unwelcoming staff if you “do not have the right surname feeling”, slow valet service for the car, few value for the money options on the menu) and one should be aware that the clientele is trashy rich kids. One should note that we are ourselves 25-30 y old with resources who have experienced many hotels, hence the feeling for lack of value for the money.

Folket i receptionen var alltid stressad och lite dryg, sedan vid basängen var det hela tiden försäljning av sprit som gällde om man vill vara vid bassängen.

Ett helt underbart hotel
Vi stannade i 4 nätter och allt var över förväntan. Frukosten med nygjorda omeletter inkl våfflor var fantastiskt. Vi hade köpt med halvpension vilket jag rekommenderar, då restaurangerna är otroligt bra missa inte Maiden med japanska och kinesiska influenser. Det var även riktigt mysigt med 5 fräscha bubbelpooler på stranden och en stor infinitypool i glas med tillhörande bar vilket var ett trevligt inslag.

Riktigt bra service, sol och bad
Lite strul med incheckingen men det kompenserade hotellet så vi är jätte nöjda med vår semester. Servicenivån var hög och allt från hotellrum, pooler, sandstrand och hav var perfekt. Buffe' restaurangen blir lite enformig men det finns andra alternativ att byta av med. Dock går det fortare att få mat i buffe'n om man inte vill förlora tid på stranden. Man kan även beställa mat till solstolen vid polen eller stranden om man tycker det är ok.

Mycket nöjd men är besviken då jag fick mycket billigare pris på hotelet då jag bokade extra nätter, ni tog mycket högre pris...... Nästa gång jag kommer att boka direkt hos Five plam jumeirah för att få det billigare priset

Service level and quality of food in the restaurants is not on par with prices. You can expect at least 20-30 minutes for a drink by the pool or 60 minutes for orders of food. Often you need to remind the staff of your order. However location and facilities are fantastic. Higly recommended place to stay but dine somewhere else.

Underbart!!
Fantastisk vistelse på ett underbart hotell som verkligen har ALLT!! Det enda jag kan komma på som om möjligt drar ner betyget lite är att stranden var stängd under vår vistelse samt att utbudet av mysiga restauranger efter stranden i närområdet nästan var obefintligt, av vad vi utforskade.

Trevligt hotell med mycket bra service o personal
Bra service och väldigt trevlig personal. Många byggarbeten pågår i närheten men störde egentligen inte oss. Trafiken är tät på vägarna i närheten av hotellet men samtidigt är det smidigt att åka taxi eller tåg till olika destinationer. Bra möjligheter att få information och hjälp med bokningar. om olika aktiviteter i Dubai och. Sammanfattningsvis - Mycket lyckad resa.
