am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Fortune Grand Hotel in Dubai. Unfortunately, my experience was far below what was advertised and expected, and it caused significant inconvenience and stress.
Firstly, both Expedia and other booking platforms clearly state that the property offers a hot tub, steam room, sauna, and pool. Upon arrival, only the pool was available. The sauna was not functioning, and there was no access to a hot tub or steam room at all. These amenities were a major reason I chose this hotel, and their absence was extremely disappointing. If these facilities are unavailable or no longer exist, the listings should be updated accurately to avoid misleading guests.
Secondly, I have diabetes and cannot consume regular soda. I specifically asked the restaurant staff if Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi was available and was told that neither option was offered. This lack of basic dietary accommodation was another inconvenience during my stay.
Additionally, my bathroom had no proper hot water. It took over 20 minutes for the water to reach a barely warm temperature. On the morning of my departure, I needed to shower early before my flight but was unable to do so because the water remained cold. I had to leave for the airport without showering, which was unacceptable.
The booking sites also advertise a 24-hour airport shuttle service. When I arrived at the airport, I waited for the shuttle and eventually had to call the hotel
