Located in Downtown Dubai, our apartment offers easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road and is a few minutes drive to Dubai Mall, Souk Al Bahar, and the Burj Khalifa. This makes it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.



The apartment features contemporary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. The apartment has a queen-size bed and a sofa bed, perfect for solo travelers or friends and comfortably sleep up to four guests.



The spacious open-plan dining and sitting area, complete with a TV, is perfect for unwinding after a day exploring The Dubai Mall, which is just a 7-minute drive away. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the stunning skyline views. The living area is bright and airy, thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light to flood the space.



You will find hotel-grade bed linen and towels, along with initial toiletries such as shampoo and soap, ensuring a comfortable arrival experience. We also provide complimentary tea and coffee to get you started. For your convenience, Spinneys Supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away.
