Mycket bra, stort och påkostat hotell. Många pooler och fräscha stora rum. Enda nackdelen är att det ligger avsides. Dock enkelt transportera sig m taxi/Metro

BEST HOTEL Grand Hyatt UAE
You want Most value for what you pay, stay at grand Hyatt. It is about 10 min to down town 25 min to JBR 20 min Jumeirah and 10 min to Deira. It is my 5th time in Grand Hyatt and i just love this hotel. Pool area , gym , Spa, Restaurants, lobby and most important rooms all are one of the best hotels I Dubai. We just love it.

Utmärkt familjehotell
Jättetrevligt hotell för familjen. Poolerna är uppvärmda till 29 grader, och barnpoolen är perfekt för mindre barn. Servicen är utmärkt, dom finns alltid där när man behöver dom, utan att vara påträngande. Frukost och middagsbuffén är jättebra. Dock är allt väldigt dyrt på hotellet, men det finns restauranger och shopping på promenadavstånd. Även Metron är på promenadavstånd, så det är lätt att ta sig billigt till andra delar av Dubai om man inte vill åka taxi.

Väldigt bra service, frukost, lokaler och övrig mat. 3 st pooler är höjdpunkten. Det enda minuset är att allt är rätt dyrt, ca 70kr för en 25cl läsk är overkill

Hotellet var lyxigt och välskött trädgård/poolområde. Nära till flygplatsen. Dock låg inte hotellet så nära något. Men enkelt att ta taxi till alla sevärdigheter.

Vi bodde i ett club-rum i den nyrenoverade delen. Toppskick och väldigt snyggt! Lugn och skön frukost i club-rummet med bra service. Sängarna något hårda.

Rummet var ett Club-rum, trevlig, välstädad och fräscht. Men den kändes mycket mindre än 39 kvm, trots bra planlösning. Badrummet var exemplariskt, isade glasdörrar till toaletten. Välfyllda gratisartiklar och nya handdukar hela tiden. Blev oerhört besviken på maten vi beställde upp på roomservice, pizzan smakade som om den var fryst innan, som var från deras riktiga restaurang, Andiamo. Personalen på Grand Club front desk, front desk och roomservice var jättebra! Eftersom vi hade Club-rum så hade vi tillgång till Grand Club lounge, trevligt men de saknade den sista touchen för att få känna att vi bodde på ett riktig lyxhotell. Personalen där sa varken God morgon eller hälsade oss välkomna. På Sofitel Downtown, Al Qasr, och Raffles möttes vi som kungligheter. De gjorde dock sitt jobb. Övriga utrymmen var modernt, fräscht och välstädat. Loungen är nog den bästa jag upplevt, med liten regnskog, högt till tak och grym café som kändes som en lyxrestaurang. Poolområdet och trädgården är världsklass! Kunde dock inte använda poolen då vädret var dåligt (för första ggn) och kan inte ge en recension på poolområdets personal och service, som jag tycker är viktigt på ett lyxhotell tillsammans med Club privilegier. Bra restauranger, Rekommenderar Peppercrab och Wox! Allt som allt så var vistelsen bra, men blev besviken på Club Loung-personalen och att det hölls en konferens där som gjorde att vi kände oss förbisedda.

Mycket bra badhotell
Mycket bra pooler och restauranger. Vi åt våra cirka 90% av vår måltider på hotellet då det fanns så många olika alternativa restauranger. Bästa poolområdet vi varit på samtliga våra semestrar. Bra och fint gym samt inomhuspool som gjorde att man kunde sköta träningen även under semestern.

Perfect resort, but no free wifi?!?
I really have nothing to complain about, great outdoor area, supercomfortable chairs by the pool, great servive by the staff. But for me, free wifi is something i expect. It is 2013, modern people (sadly) cannot live without it.

My experience with the Hyatt Dubai was amazing. The property was clean, the staff was friendly and courteous, and my room was comfortable. The outdoor pool was amazing and they had a 24 hour adult pool inside. I would definitely recommend this property.

The facility is beautiful! Unfortunately though it was very noisy in the room above me both nights I stayed. I was unable to sleep well because of the noise. I was also disappointed that my room was not serviced during the day while I was out. They came by at 8:40pm to clean my room but that didn’t suit me as I was already back in my room at that time. Overall I was disappointed by my stay there. It’s a beautiful place but I would not return.

The staff in general is too slow to respond to anything .. you call and ask for anything they come in 20 mins that too after repeated phone calls. Also the housekeeping staff even if u r asleep keeps ringing the bell and there is no do not disturb card in the room
