Located bang in the middle of Dubai Marina this exquisitely designed 4 bedroom flat features:

This apartment has an extremely chilled-out vibe about it. From the moment you open the large wooden door and step into the expansive living room you are immediately greeted with a welcoming faux-wooden tile and very relaxing lounge furniture. The walls are adorned with French art shipped over from the Riviera, these immediately transport you to the sunny seaside town of St. Tropez.

The carefully curated furniture is totally minimal in nature but very comfortable in kind, making the aesthetic a fine blend of form and function. You have only what you need, no clutter or overly decorated walls, this place really allows you to relax and unwind with a purposeful lack of stimuli.

The entire apartment has been newly renovated clearly separating it from the older flats in the JBR complex. The open plan kitchen is impossible to find in any other apartment, the modern finishes and doors are unique for JBR, the light tones are very uplifting and the brown-wood closets are chic.

There are 4 well apportioned rooms starting with the master bedroom having a king bed, closet / dressing area and spacious shower. The 2 guest rooms also with king beds share a shower but each has a bathroom and the final room which is more suited to the children or traveling staff is a very nice compact room with 2 twin beds and en-suite bathroom.

There is a powder room next to the kitchen.

The JBR complex has a shared gym and swimming pool.

Guests are privileged to enjoy free access to all the amenities of the complex, as those described above.

The apartment is designed for the absolute privacy of our guests. Intercom access and 24 hour porter building service are in place to ensure our guests' safety and ultimate protection.

The apartment is rented exclusively to the guests registered at the reservation, thus you are handed an access card which allows you to utilize the VIP private parking and all the complex amenities.

To access the free parking please enter from Breih Street, enter the paid parking lot via the ramp then ask the security where the free slots for the apartments are.

When you enter the building of Murjan 5 from the parking entrance you will see the intercom to your left. Please dial 100 then press the bell button so the security will open the door for you.

We offer 1 parking space free of cost should you have a car or wish to rent one. Cabs are easy to find and very reasonable, you can also use Uber or Kareem for getting around. There is a tram in the Marina for navigating around the neighbourhood without the need to drive and this connects to the Dubai Metro.

The base price includes up to 4 guests, there is a charge per night for each additional guest beyond that.

When booking, kindly ensure you have selected the correct number of guests.

- We offer concierge services at an additional cost.

- VIP complimentary parking.

- Complimentary access to all building facilities.

- All guests included in the reservation shall submit copies of their passports 72 hours prior arrival thus we ensure unobstructed access to the building.

- For reservations longer than 6 nights all our guests get 10% discount through our travel partners on the following Dubai attractions: Desert Safari, Creek Dhow Cruise, Marina Dhow Cruise and Dolphin Show.

- Your towel change will be on the 3rd day (if you are staying minimum 4 nights) and linen change with a light clean on the 4th day (if you are staying minimum 6 nights).

- Standard check in time is at 3pm onwards, we facilitate arrival 24 hours per day.

- A fee of $8.20 / AED 30 is applicable per night, this is mandatory Government Tourism Dirham Fee which will either be build directly by the platform or collected by us.

- Lost Access Card - AED 500 each.

- If you try to check-in with more guests or if we find more guests staying in the house than booked online then the booking will be cancelled. Please ensure the correct number of guests are on the booking to avoid your booking being cancelled.

Visitor Policy

Only the number of guests on the booking may enter the property. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval.

Absolutely no visitors will be allowed after 10pm. Additional guests must be added to the booking.

Date Changes

Date changes are allowed if booking is more than 30 days until check-in. Last minute changes only permitted if there is an Extenuating Circumstance (EC).

Cancellation & Refunds

All Accommodation bookings if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in are 50% refundable only if booking was paid in full, thereafter the booking is non-refundable.

All Service bookings are non-refundable.
