Enkelt och äldre hotell med dåligt underhåll
Vi checkade in 9/1 ca kl 16 och hade tänkt att duscha, men det kom inget varmvatten ur kranarna i rum 307. Det kom en reparatör och jobbade en stund och vi fick så pass mycket varmvatten att det gick att duscha. Vi hemkomsten efter en promenad var "varmvattnet" borta igen! De erbjöd oss ett ersättningsrum högst upp bredvid rummet 608, som vi hade haft natten 1/1 - 2/1 som vi bytt p g a att det inte gick att få någon värme i rummet. Kl 06.00 utanför rum 608 började bygget utanför med högt ljud och buller. Vi fick byta till ett rum 315 ca kl 07.30, där vattnet i toaletten rann om man inte stängde av kranen vid golvet. Vi bodde kvar i rum 307, men undrade om vi kunde bli kompenserade med en frukost för olägenheten, men så blev det inte. Vi kommer ALDRIG att rekommendera detta hotell, även om det ligger nära kryssningshamnen i Port Rashid, därifrån vid kryssat med Royal Carribean.

Dear Guest, We regret the inconvenience we have caused you, however, we would like to clarify that Dubai Tourism Department being high and to keep us competitive we have to go continues and regular upgrading, renovations. Our last renovation was in 2015. We understand that you had issues with hot water which is a technical and temporary problem and was rectified the same day. We also regret the disturbance caused to you by the construction on going near by which we have a little control on. Dåligt läge och dålig isolering!
Mycket lyhört, fick byta rum 3 ggr på grund av ljud från fläkt, grannar och musik från nattklubben på hotellet. Hemsk upplevelse!

Bra budgethotell
Vi anlände efter midnatt och spenderade därför bara natten där innan vi reste vidare. Helt ok budgethotell. Vi blev uppgraderade och fin en fin svit, stort plus! Frukosten var tyvärr ingen höjdare, men priset var lågt.

väldigt serviceinriktad personal. lyhört ut i korridorerna, vaknade en natt av att de dammsög ett rum kl 2 (!) på natten! Fick klä på mig och gå upp och be dem sluta. Nämnde det i receptionen på morgonen och när vi kom tillbaka stod en stor härlig frukttallrik på rummet som kompensation, snyggt. Prisvärt

Helt ok rum med bra bekvämligheter. Inte mycket till gym och pool. Men Den sköna rockbaren med bra liveband och möjlighet till biljard och fotboll på tv, gav bra valuta för pengarna. Nöjd

It’s clean and cozy. But there are so many indians in this hotel. There is a night club in the ground floor. The receptionist offered me a quiet room away from it. So it’s good for me. It’s 15min walk to the nearest metro station.

The hotel itself is comfortable, clean and the staff courteous and friendly but the surrounding environment is noisy, dusty and unkept (not tidy) although the area is still under repair or construction.

There was very loud construction work everyday so I couldn’t relax in the hotel. At night all you can hear is the loud music from the nightclubs so I couldn’t sleep much at night either. Not at all a pleasant experience

Prima hotel om een paar dagen te verblijven, er zitten voornamelijk Indische vakantiegangers (maar is niks mis mee) Je kan in het hotel ontbijten, is ook prima. Er zitten twee metrostations op loopafstand (Al Ghubaiba Metro op 850 meter en Sharaf DG op 1.3 km ) De Kamers zijn niet al te groot, maar voor twee personen goed te doen. De Internetverbinding is helemaal Top. En personeel is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

My room smelled like mildew (shampoo the carpet and open the windows to dry the floor) and the dinning areas had flies (hang some fly traps). The security guard followed me to my room, violated my privacy by asking me personal questions, and treated me like some criminal. I'll never stay here again!

Horrible Terrible Disgusting
Horrible stay I was thinking to check out at 3 AM given how much I felt disgusted. Dirty floors, carpets and bathrooms Don't ever stay here, just spend the night in your car or cancel the whole travel plan or sleep in the street that will be much better.

Okay overall...
The hotel overall was okay but the franchise branding and relatively nice room masked the poor condition of fixtures and fittings - particularly in the bathroom; faulty shower head and water all over the place and also WiFi was not working properly - the code given did not work, and their phone just went dead so could not call down. Also, didn't realise they have a nightclub there, which could have been bad if I had not been given a higher room. But room was comfortable and maybe the situation was a one off.

Great hotel, was given an upgrade to a much larger room. Breakfast is ok, with an equal European/Indian flavor. Don't expect to enjoy wandering around the local area though. However, it is convenient to other parts of Dubai.

I like the fact that it was so accessible to public transport, shopping centre and local markets, I didn’t like the fact that the seventh floor which I had stayed on was a be too noisy, the constant banging of doors, and footsteps up and down the corridor all through the night makes it a be difficult to sleep.

Good comfortable reasonable hotel at a decent pri.
Very comfortable good location, peaceful, convenient. Only the pool closes at seven in the evening. That's soon if you are out the whole day.

空港から15分くらい
帰りが０時頃に空港に行かないと行けなかった為、空港から近く比較的安く、綺麗そう、駅も歩いて行ける距離ということで今回宿泊。 アルグイババスステーションも歩いて行ける、ショッピングセンターも近かった為立地的には良かった。 部屋も清潔で良かった。 ロビーはあまり広くない。 スタッフの接客はすぐに対応してくれ、嫌な気持ちになることなく良かった。

Terrible hotel. Dont stay.
It was terrible hotel. Linens were almost black. Staff was unprofessional and reckless. I would never stay there.
