Stop-Over i Dubai
Vi hade en "stop-over" på 24 timmar och valde hotellet för dess närhet till flygplatsen. Men att ta sig till andra delar av Dubai var inte det enklaste. Nackdelen var också att flygplanen åkte rakt över hotellet hela natten så man blev lätt störd. Frukosten var ganska enkel och inte värd priset.

Jättetrevlig personal, fina rum.
Lite tråkig lobby, men bra helhet. Personalen var hjälpsamma och småpratade mer än gärna. Rummen var fräscha och hade förfriskningar. WiFi var dock svagt på rummet.

Ok hotell i lite trist område
Hotellet i sig är bra det är läget som är lite "off". Som någon sa " det är mer det gamla Dubai" som det såg ut förr. Väldigt trevlig och kunnig personal i hotellets spa.

Fint men dålig service
Underbart fint hotell i lite mindre fint område. Men vilket hotell! Fräscht, nybyggt, med takpool och fantastiska hamburgare på menyn. Skön säng och mjuka handdukar. Enda dåliga var den oförklarliga väntan medan de gick igenom rummet för att kolla om vi använt minibaren och försökte smita. Vattenflaskan dom hävdade endast fanns på deras hotell och ville gå betalt för kunde vi visa kvitto på att vi köpt på närmaste apotek. Det roligaste: Vattenflaskan hade vi slängt i soptunnan så det första han gjorde var gå igenom den. Synd på så fint hotell med sådant beteende..

Ett riktigt lyxhotell till lågt pris
Måste nog säga att det här var nog det lyxigaste hotell jag bott på och jag bor på hotell 100 dar om året worldwide.Jag kan nog inte hitta något att klaga på tvärtom allt var till högsta belåtenhet.Ja det skulle vara färgen på poolen isåfall riktigt illgrön inte nice.

The hotel design is nice and the staff friendly, they gave us good amenities in the room. There are plenty of regular shops around, the area is a bit too crowded with commerce and vendors, the bedroom and bathroom had this unpleasant smell coming from the drainage which didn’t go away, the bath tub walls need better scrubbing as they look really dirty in between the tiles, perhaps months or years of not proper cleaning.

Hues Boutique Hotel was generally a good experience. Beds were comfortable, tv and table/chair if you have some work to do. Rooms were spacious and washroom was decent. Staff was generally friendly and helpful too. Internet was great! It was a steady connection, no matter what time of day and was plenty fast (15MBPS on average). Only issues I experience was Hotel can get a little noisy on the upper floors thanks to the club music whose bass can be heard up into the late night--not ideal for those who want some peace and quiet. Gym was decent and the pool too (both free). The sauna/steam room /hot tub, although apparently included (see brochure/pdf) it wasn't actually included for free, you have to book a pricy session with the hotel SPA in order to use those facilities--that was a downer for me, as I passed up other hotels because my understanding was Hues Hotel would have a sauna I could use. Last thing to note is that the nearest metro station is a bit of a walk from the hotel -- at least 10-15mins walk..not the worst, but not ideal.

It's very noisy place music was playing until 3:00 am, location of the place is far from the center, i will never recommend it or stay again there, room was ok but the bed cover had some stains i asked to change, it was bad experience.

Really bad service! I requested plate and cutleries and waited for an hour. Staff were very noisy outside my room and can hear someone banging. Iron was leaking and ironing board doesn’t have cover! it was awful just don’t wanna say more.

We did not think the hotel staff was friendly or helpful. The location was also a disappointment. It was not easy to travel to and from Dubai. The surrounding area was not very nice and there wasn't anything to do. The hotel furniture was old and our room had stains. Also, many amenities at the hotel were closed (like the swimming pool), and the hotel did not notify us of this until we arrived. We left the hotel 6 days earlier than planned because we were so unhappy with the staff, location, amenities, and overall quality of the hotel. I would not recommend.

Nice staff, shame about the location.
The hotel itself is nice and clean and the staff are very helpful and attentive. The photos are a little misleading and the location is facing a construction site so very noisy, and one can’t rest with very early starts and late finishes with the building work. You can get a taxi easily to go anywhere but the location is more convenient if you want to be near Sharjah rather than Dubai’s landmarks themselves

Pictures on internet are fake. Windows are blocked by other buildings. Toilets gets clogged everyday. Construction everywhere. Stuff are nice. Restuarant was okay. I would say this is 🌟 ⭐ and a half.

I liked the contemporary style of the hotel. The convenience of the café, grill, and rooftop lounge being in the hotel was a plus. The hotel staff, particularly the bell hop and housekeeping were very kind and helpful. The neighborhood the hotel is located in isn’t the best. It’s ok for the price and if you plan on spending most of your time at tourist attractions. The pool isn’t the most attractive and their spa opens very late and seems to run out of supplies.
