Access to the building is very easy. Though I will send a very detailed check -in information, it's my pleasure to meet you if you arrive at the agreed time. Would you rather self check-in, no problem, do just let me know and I will arrange everything. Your comfort and privacy is important for me!

Very important - I have 2 parking spaces and the access is controlled. If you inform me in advance that you are coming with your own car, you will have easy access or else first you will have to park outside then check-in to collect the parking card.

The cleaning fee paid is not for daily cleaning, it is for cleaning before check-in and after check-out.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You can cancel the reservation free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
The total reservation price will be charged if you cancel within 14 days of arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

Security deposit in cash ( 2000 AED or equivalent currency) is collected upon your check-in
Fully refundable after property inspection.
