Thr experience at the Millennium was very wonderful. Everyone was friendly, from the housekeeping staff to the doormen, the receptionists, and ofcourse, the manager too ! It was also very close to the exhibition hall , Metro, Macdonald, Subway and Tim's coffee . When my flight was seemed to delayed due to heavy rain, I asked the reception for a late checkout, and they were very accommodating. Although the flight situation was so sad , the hotel's help was a great relief! It's truly a memorable place : ) I'm really excited about the renewed look!

Comme indiquée par d'autres voyageurs, la chambre que j'ai occupée, bien qu'acceptable, aurait besoin d'une rénovation. Il y avait un grand problème d'hygiène: à mon arrivée, le haut de l'intérieur du frigo était couvert de mossisures (!) dont je ne peux comprendre l'origine étant donné température. Problème signalé à la réception, et le nettoyage fût effectué, mais cela m'a laissé une très mauvaise impression et des questions dans ma tête A part cela, le centre fitness est bien équipé et le petit-déjeuner était très correct. L'hôtel est situé près d'une station de métro, ce qui est un gros avantage.

You get what you pay for. It was one of the cheapest options and it felt that way. Hotel is very very old - it feels like entering a Time Machine. I booked this hotel specifically for the price, spa and pool. The pool overhangs the highway and is very noisy. The spa is a little creepy and the massage I got was terrible. I kept telling the person that what they were doing (sitting on me, straddling me, and putting all their weight on BONE not muscle) was incredibly painful. In a 60 minute massage, she spent 35 minutes on my calves/shin bone and wouldn’t stop when asked. Would not recommend the hotel or spa. Also sink in room was broken and it took 24 hours for someone to come fix.

I had a very good stay for 10 days. Although the hotel is almost fully booked the service is excellent. No issues with the elevators. Very helpful staff, specially Douglas. The location is perfect near WTC. Thank you Millennium Plaza Downtown.

Likte oppholdet veldig bra, hadde poolClub som jeg kanskje brukte lite da det var med lett lunsh 14-16 og 18-20 var det litt mat og alkohol servering gratis. Bassenget var fint med utsikt mot Future museum. Bra trimrom. Veldig hyggelig personale og frokosten var det mye og velge i. Taxi er billig så man suser rundt for 40 - 100 kr Ac som man kunne slå av, da det blir for kaldt

I love this hotel, and especially the most amazing customer relations personnel, specifically, Sandy She is truly amazing as she provided me with superior service, professionalism kindness, and gave me an amazing room on the 17th floor that has become my home for six days The room is large, and has the most incredible view of the museum of the future. Burj Khalifa Dubai Towers and the essence of Dubai The pool experience is amazing as well where I receive excellent customer service from Ramzy and Sharif … Bilal with the cleaning staff is also AMAZING and sooo many more The hotel is convenient and also has a car if you need to reach an event and the people are incredible including the taxi driver… I highly recommend this hotel for friends and family and thank you for a magical experience that I am still enjoying

Great location and facilities
The location is great - a few minutes from a metro station where you can easily get to most places in Dubai. Hotel itself is lovely, the pool, gym, and breakfast facilities in particular. My room was huge and clean, had a lovely stay.

Everything was amazing. Great location, staff is super friendly and the hotel has everything you need. We had an amazing suite for a family of 5 and all had our own bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Very comfortable!! Wish we could have stayed longer.

This hotel location is very good but the hotel is very old and you don’t even find charging ports/plugs in the rooms. Also, we stayed for 6 nights, the breakfast buffet has only two menus, they recycle these two menus, it was boring. If you are looking for a decent hotel in a good location and your stay is for a couple of days, you can consider this. Otherwise, if you really want to enjoy the modern Dubai, I don’t recommend this at all. Wish I know about this hotel before I booked my trip, I certainly would have stayed a newer hotel.
