cocroches everywhere
We moved from second floor to fifth floor because a lot cocroches. Staff were not help full. Cleaners have not cleaned so well. The hotel needs renovation.

Familjeresa
Vi bokade en trea. Rummen var jätte stora och hade egna badrum. Stort kök och vardagsrum med matplats. Daglig städning av jätte trevlig och pålitlig personal. Mittemot hotellet fanns en jätte stor butik som sålde allt man kunde tänkas behöva. Tunnelbana var ca 7 min promenad från hotellet. Vi var jätte nöjda med hotellet speciellt personalen.

Ok boende till bra pris
Viss personal arrogant och icke serviceminded medan andra verkligen levererade. Sängarna var hårda, toaletterna var mindre bra städade varje dag medan resten av lägenheten fin. Läget lite långt från större attraktioner men det visste vi om och enkelt att ta sig runt med bl a tunnelbana. Bra restauranger i närområdet.

Hotell som behöver rustas upp
Hotellet ser mycket finare ut på bilderna än i verkligheten, rummet var stort men väldigt smutsigt. Det var en bit att gå till tunnelbanestationerna men det var bra att det ligger mellan både gröna och röda linjen. Fanns flera butiker i närheten som var billiga och bra. Hotellpersonalen var trevliga men det tog lång tid att få någonting gjort t.ex. att byta trasiga lampor. Lägenhet var väldigt smutsig och det fanns skräp från andra gäster och de städade inte fast vi sa till flera gånger under vår vistelse. Handdukar och lakan som vi fick var smutsiga med sminkfläckar, de gav oss inte nya toalettartiklar och väldigt lite toapapper. Det fanns även ingen städredskap i lägenhet så att man själv kunde städa om man spillde något. Hittade även kackerlackor i badrummen, sovrummen och köket!

Bra läge
Lägenheten var mycket rymlig och bekväm. Det rengjordes dagligen. Personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Vi var nöjda med boendet som helhet. För övrigt har hotellet bra läge med närhet till de gamla marknaderna i Deira området d.v.s guld marknaden, parfym marknaden och krydd marknaden m.m.. Men även nära en del gallerior så som Al-Gurair och Reef mall.

Väldigt obekväma sängar. Tog även lång tid att få en del service när vi bett om det. Helheten så var jag ändå nöjd med denna lägenhet!

Arrived midnight from the UK to find that despite having pre-paid the room many months earlier, and having called the day before to confirm that everything was in order ,was told hotel is fully booked and no record booking. Hotel management eventually shipped us off after hours of waiting to another hotel for the night. Apart from the booking mess-up, the place is fine. Review for 2 bed apartment - Decent spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen and living room areas... reception staff courteous and helpful. 10 min walk to the nearest metro station, and the Al-Rigga main road of restaurants is about the same distance away.

I liked the spacious rooms but the amenities were poorly maintained and there were a lot of flies and cockroaches in my apartment. They were informed and nothing was done about it.

The staff especially front of house staff couldn’t do enough for you especially the lady on reception very helpful. Apartment very spacious and clean great to have a washing machine and a proper kitchen I had 3 bathroom and 2 bedroom apartment and I further booked right up until the end of September well done nujoom apartment keep up the great work

My experience at Nojoum hotel apartment
The hotel is situated in a very nice location close to a shopping center. Very nice staffs who are willing to assist anytime. Spacious rooms. The only negative comment is that the cooking utensils in the kitchen were not adequate. This should be improved upon. Apart from this, the hotel is generally okay. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

It was big apartment. Very nice swimming pool. Good location. Cleaning was not so good. Bad wifi. Kitchen was very dirty. People in reception was very nice and helpful.

The apartment was cute and very clean.The attendant were all very helpful. There is a shopping mall just opposite d hotel to take care if our needs.However,the udea of not having a buffet breakfast is not good enough.Also our flight came in early hours say about 6am and we were not checked in until 2pm even after alerting the hotel by mail.We were told that expedia was supposed to have told us we cant check in. Otherwise everything went well.

The hotel apartments are a great place for families that enjoy peaceful staying, it is safe with very good reception staff. The location is superb, it is home away from home. The only challenge is the cleanliness, needs to improve on that. Otherwise we had a lovely time at this hotel. It's our place to stay. The spacious apartment is super.

This hotel from check in star terrible. Front desk are not helpful. Very poor customer service. Even I feeling bed of the service try to yolk to the manager. The person told me he is the front desk manager (Mr. Mohammed). So I have nobody help me. We have 6 people stay in this hotel he give us 1 key to use. I am bed luck when I check out is still the same person. I want keep to 2 luggage in the hotel(because I already booked another day stay here).and he said No. if I want keep here,he want charge me DHS 100/bag. Terrible customer service and what kind of 4 star hotel. I will be telling everybody not staying this hotel. I think the hotel needs good management.

If you like peace then this area is perfect. Front office team esp Krish was very very nice and cooperative. Rachel at the excursions desk is an amazingly friendly lady too. A few roaches in the kitchen, apartments are cleaned daily but in a rush, need to be thorough.

I liked the room sizes, there was plenty of space in the apartments. The property didn’t provide many necessities; detergent, face towels, mismatched cutlery, no pots or pans for cooking, the microwave didn’t work, and I could list a host of other disappointments about the hotel, but why bother?? I would not recommend this hotel.
