Le personnel était décevant, lors du check-in la réception nous a juste donné notre carte de chambre et fait payé la taxe sans meme nous proposer une assistance de bagages pour nous aider à les emmener dans notre chambre. Personne ne nous a renseigné sur l’établissement, c’est-à-dire tout ce qui est petit déjeuner, piscine, salle de sport... La réception était injoignable à partir de notre chambre et lorsque l’on allait les voir directement nous devions patienter au minimum 15-20 minutes avant d’avoir quelqu’un. Personne n’était en capacité de nous commander un taxi et que nous devions le faire nous meme. La moquette de la chambre était sale et il y a avait plusieurs tâches de vomi au sol. Pour la salle de bain, la pression de l’eau était ridicule et nous ne pouvions même pas régler la sortie de l’eau uniquement sur le pommeau, on devait obligatoirement ouvrir le pommeau du haut. L’évacuation des eaux de la douche était très lente et cela produisait donc une inondation du sol de la salle de bain. Nous étions au 4e étage et juste au dessus il y avait un rooftop qui faisait des soirées très bruyantes jusqu’à pas d’heure, il était impossible de dormir.

Didn't really feel safe at this hotel if I am going to be honest. I think it was because there was only one security guard in the building and that the front desk was in the hotel next store. The room was cleanish overall. The in the bathroom the shampoo and body wash bottles were half used and made the whole experience just feel dirty. This hotel was a really good deal on a weekend when hotel prices in the rest of Dubai were MUCH higher. So I think you get what you pay for. I would maybe stay here again if I wasn't alone and looking to save some money.

L'hôtel est beau, mais l'emplacement est au milieu de nul part, très isolé, loin de métro et des transports. Le service de chambres est totalement absent. J'ai passé 6 nuits, la chambre n'a été refaite qu'une seule fois et c'était service minimum : ils n'ont même pas changé les draps ni vider les poubelles. J'ai mis qlq bouteilles d'eau vide se côté, ils étaient encore à leur place lorsque j'ai quitté la chambre.

The worst experience EVER!
It was the worst experience ever. I booked for 2 adults and 2 children which was confirmed but only found 1 double bed. We asked for the extra 2 single beds for the kids and was told it would be an extra charge of 100 AED each?? The manager in charge (Armagan) was very rude and unprofessional. He told us if we don't like we can leave, baring in mind it was very late at night, past 11pm. The dinner at the restaurant was terrible. The quality of food very poor and took over 1 hour to be served whilst the restaurant was empty. The room was dirty with carpets heavily stained. Very disappointing experience. I have been in Dubai for many years and I have never experienced such a bad staying and treatment by the manager in charge. I spent about 800 AED for 1 night plus the dinner. I am very disappointed and been cheated big time. I request that you take note of this and do something about it. Look forward to hearing from you.

All around excellent
From the moment I arrived I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel. The staff were attentive and my comfort was clearly important to them. The hotel has a fantastic array of facilities and is the perfect place to locate yourself in Dubai for business trips. A car or Careem required for trips to the places you're likely to desire to visit, but the value of the hotel mitigates the cost of this need.

The whole stay was perfect for my short visit to Abu Dhabi. Absolutely loved the gyms and the sports bar that got me settled in very quickly.

Great hotel but a big problem with the service
The hotel is very nice! New, clean, and gorgeous. But because it's two buildings there is a problem with the communication. Anything you ask for (towels/slippers/etc) you need to wait for that for 1-3 hours. The reception is barely answering calls. So I would say the hotel itself is amazing but the service is improvement required

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good amenities. Far from major shopping malls but hotel provides free shuttle. Quiet neighbourhood. Food very good. Gym decent and pool also nice and clean.

Good hotel in business district. Room booked for 3 people, disappointing on arrival to find a room for 2. An additional bed was provided but not ideal for an adult to be sleeping on for 5 nights. Air con was a little cold for us and you are unable to change temp yourself. Despite these minor issues it was still a lovely hotel and overall good service. I would stay again

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits, was uns aber natürlich bewusst war und als Benutzer eines Leihwagens nicht weiter störte. Die Lage lies vermuten, dass es etwas ruhiger sein könnte - leider Fehlanzeige: sogar durch das geschlossene Fenster drang (erträglich) Lärm ins Zimmer. Am Dachpool war es dann aber nicht besonders angenehm. Die Betten waren hervorragend. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber.

Propreté impeccable, personnelle très agréable et aux services des client piscine très agréable. Petit bémol le restaurant il y a énormément d attente.

Personnel au top , chambre top, véhicule obligatoire quoi que navette gratuite pour les principaux Mall, très propre. À régler sur place uniquement la taxe de séjour 15 aed par nuit et non 20% de plus sur la note. Pour environ 60€ la nuit en suite en basse saison, il n’y a aucun équivalent en France même si au première abord l’hôtel semble perdu géographiquement. Certainement un des meilleur choix d’hôtel sur Dubai.

Beatrice, Harsha, Samba, Ken and the rest of the team at The Occidental IMPZ are extremely helpful, an asset to the company and I for one will be staying again!
