I was excited about this hotel but I promise you it’s not worth it, not only are the staff incredibly rude but the concept of accommodations does not exist. The entire hotel is overbooked and they have a residence as well which are put more in priority which means you won’t be allowed to bring guests to even use the tanning bed or be around the pool, they keep following you around, all management say different things, the elevators connect to 2 different buildings (one residence, one hotel) it’s very hard to navigate around but again the biggest issue I could not overlook is the way the staff talks to you, the only kind person was Alex (front stage producer), I promise you the price is not worth the experience you will have, even getting any issue solved takes time and there is no organization between staff members themselves. When you ask for a policy, they say there is no policy except an internal one. They claim that they can just make their own rules depending on their mood, seriously I can’t explain how much the customer service ruined the perfectly beautiful hotel never experienced something like that.
