Inte rent alls. Mattan var jätte smutsig. Toaletten och badrummet var isolerade. Inte tillräckligt med parkering och nästan alltid man hör kaoset från Dragon mart son är bredvid hotellet. Den enda som var bra är personalen.

The hotel was very far away from the city. Outside, it smelled extremely bad. Inside, it smelled smoke. And, the parking service was not available all the time. One night I was asked to park my car outside the hotel.

The carpets are dirty. I should ask the cleaning service for soap, towels, and slippers otherwise they don't give you normal. No Iron in the room, not happy with this place

Es hat uns gefallen dort zu übernachten. Die Lage ist gut obwohl es etwa außerhalb vom Zentrum aber an der Nähe hast du alles was du brauchst. Dragon markt ist einbar Mietern entfernt vom Hotel. Was mir nicht so gefallen ist das Personal Service für Gepäck und Auto Service. Musst du fast alles selber machen.

My trip in Dubai and Premier Inn Dragon Mart hotem
We are family with 2 adults and 2 children. The stay in hotel was good but not the best, due to the next points: 1- The hotel design is modern, simple and elegent. The room size is also good. 2- The room service was good and helpful pepole. 3- The breakfast was good for 3-stars hotel, I wish they had mode recipes. 4- They do not have lifting staff for our luggage. I have had 3 big bags, they did not give a hand even when I asked, they reply it is self service. 5- Location is ok, but you need a car to reach different location in Dubai. There is bus pass close to the hotel, but the metro quit far. 6- The park is not big enough to cover all the clients cars. I get fine for 550 AED inside the park. I went to the traffic police to understand what is fine for, eventually they said because I parked forbiddin area. The officier said this is due to their design, they have to make the appropriate changes to prevent this in future. Even though this is private property, and there is no traffic sign to avoid parking in this area they only offer late check out as sort of appeasement. I hope they re-design the park to prevent similar disappointment.

It’s average, a few items missing from rooms, had to ask for them, ie. hair dryer, iron. Only 1 shower towel provided (unless you ask for more). The soap was empty, had to ask for refill. Breakfast is average. Basically average overall, you get what you pay for.

The room had a smell. I had to open the window every time I was back in the room. The hotel is far from the center without any transportation facilities. I was obliged to use only taxi for my movements.

We had a great experience with Premier Inn dragon mart. Staff was very good at customer service. We checked in late night at 1am due to late flight arrival. Helped us in timely manner to get in our suites. We booked 2 units at a reasonable price. Rooms were so clean, there was no disturbance from the neighbour. It was so quiet. Room service was just a call away. There is a dragon mart mall at walking distance which has all the restaurants and shopping centres. Only thing was if you reach at hotel late night you won’t get parking sometimes so you need to drop keys with valet guy. Valet guy very nice and respectful to their customers. They will park your car safely. There is a buffet service in hotel but we didn’t try as we ate outside. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend definitely 4/5 Thank you for the service.

Near to dragon mart where you can eat and buy some stuffs. Room condition & breakfast is good. Breakfast is almost same everyday but acceptable to international people. You will need to take taxi to enter city center so it may not be best option for tourist.

Restaurant is hidden but has very good food. Staff is very friendly. Bathroom is small but it does the job. Great for the price and if you like shopping a the dragon market it’s the perfect place. It’s right next to it. Says 2 minutes away but it’s seconds really.

Excellent séjour. Le service de chambre prend soin de sa clientèle. Café et eau sont à disposition des clients. J'ai envoyé plusieurs emails concernant l'odeur de la station d'épuration à proximité qui dégage beaucoup d'odeurs et de pollution. Malheureusement l'hotel n'a pas donné suite à mes messages. Je pense que c'est important de se préoccuper de cette situation.
