Helt okej hotell med stora rum och superbra läge precis vid stranden och affärsstråk. Promenadavstånd till det mesta och lätt att ta sig till kollektivtrafiken. Inte något lyxhotell men prisvärt för standarden, läget och pengarna för att vara Dubai.

Big No No!!
Började inte bra då vi fick betala för en extra natt. Vi hade ringt och informerat er att vi skulle landa i Dubai morgonen därpå (18 feb) men fick ändå betala för den 17:e också. Enligt hotellet hade dom inte fått någon information från er! Vi fick i början ett rum med en säng! En familj på 4 personer!? Sen fick vi betala extra för att få ett rum med en bäddsoffa som barnen fick sova på. Inte OK! Äckliga toaletter som luktade avlopp. Klinkers plattorna i poolen var lösa. Mina barn plockade massa bitar från poolen. Kommer inte rekommendera detta hotel till någon! Bilderna är så missvisande på er hemsida!

Katastrof och hemskt hotell
Hotellet var katastrof. Dålig och nonchalant personal i receptionen som lurade oss och spelade dumma när vi ifrågasatte varför frukosten inte ingick när vi uppgraderade och dom sa att det ingick. Det fanns en dubbelsäng när vi uppgraderade, två fick sova på bäddsoffa och två i sängen. Rummen är ofräscha och alla bilder är missvisande och klart Photoshopade. Riktig besvikelse och det hemskaste hotellet vi bott på. Vi plockade upp flera bitar som lossnat från poolen, badrummen var vidriga och luktade avlopp. Städerskan o poolkillarna var trevliga allt annat var katastrof skulle aldrig rekommendera någon att bo på detta hotell. Hotellet behöver en mega renovering.

Vi hade ett sovrum med en skön säng och en bäddsoffa som var mycket obekväm. Handdukarna var gamla och urtvättade.Rummet städades ordentligt varje dag. Personalen var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma.

Trevligt hotell, nära stranden och till the Walk med dess restauranger. Mkt bra service, trevlig personal, fräscht och med ett litet men helt ok semestergym. Lägenheterna i helt ok skick till nivån men snart dags för uppdatering. Bra frukost!

Hotellet har det man behöver (service, liten pools osv). Läget är perfekt bredvid ’the walk’ som är en strandpromenad med mängder av trevliga restauranter.

Bra läge nära stranden
Trevligt hotell med toppenläge nära JBR beach. Vänlig och tillmötesgående personal, bl a vi fick tidig incheckning vilken var toppen efter en lång resa. Rymligt och rent rum. Bra frukostbuffé, dock något stökig den sista timmen beroende på mycket folk. Litet men mycket fint gym med bra öppettider. Poolen är välhållen men miljön inte särskilt avkopplande eftersom vägen går just intill. Bättre gå till den närbelägna stranden (hotellet lånar ut badlakan och parasoll).

Otroligt prisvärt hotell med toppenläge!
Vi åkte på en långweekend över min födelsedag och blev uppgraderade till en jättefin svit samt att personalen överraskade mig med en tårta! Hotellet har ett toppenbra läge, bara några minuters promenad till den underbart fina stranden! Vi fick låna strandbadlakan och parasoll kostnadsfritt från hotellet, vilket gjorde att vi inte behövde hyra dyra solstolar. Det var mycket nära till stationen så vi åkte kommunalt till både Burj Khalifa och till markanderna. Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell, mycket prisvärt men fantastiskt läge!

Ok 3 star hotel
Staff very nice and friendly but very slow. Check-out will take you at least 20 minutes. Ordering a taxi involves long discussions of whether to take the hotel car or a taxi. 20 minutes later, still no taxi ordered and no car arrived. The breakfast is nice. The location is so so. It is close to the beach, but not easy to get there. about 20 minutes in taxi form the city. The hotel is a 3 star, not a 4 star. I would stay here again if I were on a budget.

Hamnade först i ett rökrum, men fick byta till ett annat som också luktade mindre bra. När vi klagade fick vi en svit istället. Bra service från personal, riktigt bra läge rent geografiskt. Bra pris, bra läge.

The place hotel was at is 10/10. Close to everything. Things I didnt like: Water was really hot and really hard to adjust, even after talking with them, they could not fix it. Sofa and the windows was really dirty they could at least wash it? the color of carpet, bed and other things is outdated. Otherwise good place to stay.

Overall the property was great. The size of the apartment was very large and spacious. Cleanliness was 10/10. Customer service 10/10. The only thing I’d say is that the bedside cupboards felt like they were going to break at any moment and that one tv remote was not working at all, but these are very small issues. Overall a great place to stay, I would definately recommend.
