Fresh & clean facilities, functional room. The staff and their willingness to continuously help and accomodate requests to help made it a pleasure staying here. Would absolutely stay again next time!

Amazing
I love this hotel. The service and everyone providing it was a 10/10. The reception was so helpful and kind and available 24/7. They were quick to assist whenever I was in need of anything and they alwas greet you and ask if they can help with anything. The food was great and the location was super. I love that there was a bus that could take you to the Dubai Mall and to other places serveral times a day. Highly recommended!!

It took the staff close to an hour to deliver an iron to my room. I had to make three phone calls to the front desk and eventually walking downstairs to ask where I can get the iron myself.

The staff at reception, cleaning crew & support staff were all very helpful and provided good service. Location is handy to the Metro Station (10mins walk - 25mins to Dubai Mall). Free bus Shuttle service was excellent, on time with drive Mangal Singh being knowledgeable and polite. Recommended to others.

I paid too much for 1 night and we don’t have a good view. I checked the next day which is Saturday but almost half of the price with Expedia. We stayed in Dubai for 9 nights and Rove is the only hotel self parking no valet.

Great experience during check in. Rooms are decent size, a bit on the smaller side, but all is new. Generally, staff is nice and always trying to be as helpful as they can be. The only remark I would have is that staff during breakfast (all 3 mornings I was there) is not as welcoming as the rest of the hotel team and breakfast choices are very very limited. Other than this, I would not mind staying next time here.

Sehr zu empfehlen, man kann gut auch mal zu Fuß zur Dubai Mall gehen. Downtown alles sehr gut mit dem Taxi zu erreichen. Shuttle zum Kite Beach und zur Mall mehrfach täglich.
