Underbart hotell - men boka inte taxi via hotell.
Det var ett mycket trevligt hotell med underbart läge för den som vill ha det lungt och skönt! Personal även var väldigt trevliga, frukosten var okej, dock mkt som var segt och kallt. Ostar hade börjat torka t.ex. dem tillaga omelett på beställning vilket var ett stort plus. Ett stort minus var taxitjänsten dem erbjöd, jag betalade 40 AED till Atlantis hotell, sen åkte vi vidare till marinan med vanlig taxi och tog vanlig taxi tillbaka och det kostade 38 AED totalt, så vi blev totalat lurade vilket vi tyckte var synd när de är hotellets egna taxi.

Trevligt och prisvärt hotell längst ut på palmen!
Mycket trevlig personal som gör allt för att du ska trivas, vänliga, kreativa och tillmötesgående - fantastiskt fint ordnat för oss på bemärkelsedag! TACK! Hotellet har bra pool och gott om solsängar, fin strand, bra frukost och magisk utsikt! Dock behöver de utvecklas för att vara ett 5-stjärnigt hotell; slitna och små badhanddukar på rummet, tunna morgonrockar, mögefläckar på skärm från dusch, trasig lampa i första rummet - dock fick vi hjälp att byta! Beställde mat vid poolbaren, det tog 1h 15 min innan den serverades. En fundering; det verkar vara gäster som åker dit på "all-inclusive" med band runt armen och stora mängder alkoholintag, vilket inte är så vanligt på 5 star hotel.

Lyx till rimligt pris
Nytt o fräscht hotell med lyxig känsla i lobby, rum o poolområde. Fin strand m klart vatten. Möjlighet till badaktiviteter o båtturer vid stranden. Frukost OK. Restaurang m buffé o mindre a la carte meny. Service var tyvärr lite sisådär där. Fanns även fisk o skaldjurs restaurang. Hotellet ligger långt ut på Palmen men taxi är lätt att få tag på till rimligt pris. Mat o dryck är dyrt på hotellet - en cola 22 AED (55 sek) så det är värt att ta sig till Marinan el något annat ställe för att äta. Finns inte heller något supermarket i närheten så passa på att handla på andra ställen. Generellt fint ställe för strandhäng o avkoppling dock inte mycket aktiviteter på kvällen.

Toppen hotell om man vill sola och bada. Lite långt till staden och lite dåligt med mataffärer. Första gången vi var i Dubai så har inte så mycket att jämföra med dock.

Hotel eccellete con personale molto attento e super gentile. Mare con acqua bellissima e pulitissima, spiaggia molto curata. Consiglio più insonorizzazione delle camere e più ombrelloni in spiaggia. Molto gradita la presenza di acqua gratuita in camera e souvenir nel bagno aprrezzatissimi.

The property was really nice and clean. The staff was great. The only things were the hotel did not have anything for visitors to do while they were there. The full board only counted for the buffet and the food was not that great. And the selection of food was very limited. If we had known that full board was only for the buffet. We would have just purchased our food daily from the other restaurants inside the hotel.

The location of the hotel is really bad if you want to go out in the evening. There is always a huge traffic jam at the stem of the palm. Expect to travel more that an hour to reach even the Marina area.

For a stay on The Palm, it was fantastic. Reasonably priced, good facilities with decent beach space and pool access. We paid for a partial beach view but were kindly upgraded to a full beach view which was lovely and meant we could watch the beautiful sunset. The hotel is very clean, great service by the staff and they were super helpful when we needed recommendations. We did have an issue with the shower, in that we couldn't get the hand held showerhead to work but there is an overhead option. Overall, we had a great time! It is a bit far to get into and around the main centre, however if you're looking for a reasonable option on The Palm then this would tick all your boxes.

We liked the staff’s eagerness to help the guests and the beach access. We did not like how limited the gym facility was, we did not like how expensive the drinks were, we did not like the fact that our view was a dirt lot that was littered with trash, and we did not like how crowded the beach and pool area felt during the day.

Absolutely amazing!
I have absolutely no complaints about this property! We were welcomed with drinks at check in and the service was great the entire time. The food was incredible with a ton of food options. I got the chance to even go on a jet ski right from the beach. Views and beach access were incredible. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Everything We Wanted
We went away for a 5 day break and the hotel and staff could not have been better. Exactly as detailed on website and not being as large a hotel as many on the Palm was definitely a major plus for us.

Common areas are good so as staff. Balcony door had issues . Bath room sink dont work. TV did not work . I have to call house keeping for this to repair. Expected them to check before allocating room.

Journey: Frühmorgens schwimmen im Meer oder Fitness im Gym. mit anschliessendem feinem Morgenbuffet; am Hoteleigenen Strand den Tag gut beginnen lassen und gegen Mittag das feine Essen in einem der drei Restaurants geniessen; Ausflug zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Dubai und den Abend in der Hoteleigenen Bar auf dem Dach ausklingen lassen bevor man auf das sehr saubere und grosszügige Zimmer geht. Oder dann vielleicht doch noch etwas via Roomservice bestellen. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder hier einchecken und es geniessen.
