If you stay here it’s like witnessing an episode of faulty towers but worse! Awful staff, awful cleanliness, awful location, awful food and fly infested rooms!

La chambre est tres bien mais le buffet horrible. Il n'y avait pas de fruit complet. Les jus se limité a dus jus d'orange. Les patisseries etaient limite. Pas de valet pour s'occuper des bagages ni même pour garer la voiture. Il n'y avait que la chambre qui etait bien. Et heureusement qu'ils ont anticipé pour la piscine ( dont ils ont louer à lhotel d'à côté ) qui etait en maintenance. Sinon çà aurait été catastrophique.

Wir sind mit dem Hotel und dem Personal sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel war sauber und gut ausgestattet und das Personal war freundlich. Leider liegt das Hotel sehr weit weg von der Stadt, aber mit dem Hotel Bus, Metro und Taxis konnten wir alle Orte problemlos erreichen. Das Frühstück war anders als gewöhnt, aber gut und lecker. Leider wurde uns unser letztes Frühstück verweigert, da wir bereits am Abend ausgecheckt hatten.

Zeer professioneel en vriendelijk personeel. De kamers zijn erg ruim en het hele hotel ziet er nog splinternieuw uit. We hebben heerlijk geslapen in de comfortabele bedden. Het ontbijt in het zuster hotel aan de overkant was indrukwekkend. Heel veel keuze en ook veel warme internationale gerechten. Wij zouden hier zeker nog eens verblijven.

The hotel staff were not very responsive. Management although apologetic but lacked any substance to address the list of issues. Issues ranged from smell, to ac not working to shower head to comfort of bed to promising and. It Referred this to hotels.com who also have not responded as promised.

I booked this reservation for my niece and her family in Dubai. So on the web, it says that the check in is at 3pm, they’ve arrived at 4 pm and was told that the room wasn’t ready and that the check in really is at 4pm. They did not get to the room until 5pm. Also, I paid for breakfast, but they were told they did not have free breakfast. Tried calling the front desk , first it was just ringing, but the web says it’s supposed to be 24 hours. Did I mentioned that I was calling from the US , the 2nd time I called , I was told to call at 8:3am and called the 3rd time and asked to call back at 9:00. I am a member of the Holiday Inn and always been happy with them. There’s no need to purchase breakfast because it always comes free. Maybe only in the states and not in UAE. Also maybe because I booked it in Expedia. Overall the place is very clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. The front desk staff though were very polite. Tried calling Expedia and was on hold forever. I gave up and just sent money to my niece so they don have to pay for breakfast. The stay was supposed to be a present for her kids for Eid.

Nice place
Friendly staff. Decent rooms. Clean rooms. Complimentary breakfast. Lots of options for breakfast and lunch. Laundry facilities are available. But it is a bit far from downtown so add an hour to your trip one way.

Great hotel and the room was awesome. Breakfast options were the same thing everyday but satisfactory. The hotel is really in the middle of nowhere so requires long costly taxi rides to get around to anywhere the shuttle won’t provide access to, especially at night. Tour operators do not do pickups at the hotel due to the far location so you have to meet them somewhere. The staff is great tho and the manager was particularly helpful to me with a challenging situation I faced.

Excellent Customer service
The customer service is amazing,all the staff are friendly and helpful,the house keeping are doing amazing job with cleaning,keep it up.The breakfast is one of the best and they also provide shuttle to the mall which is close by metro station,they also provide shuttle to the beach and the expo 2020.can’t remember the names of the staff at the reception,they got excellent customer service Overall me and my family enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

Beware if ur a non smoker
Beware. They say they are non smoking and that’s not true. I rented a pool view. Did not get one even though I payed for it. Room one stunk of cigarettes. Room 2 heavy perfume over the smoke. Room 3 old musty smell most likely smoke. I Was told they would refund the difference in the room view rates. They Never did. Was offered a pool view 2 days later. Did not want to move then. We had unpacked and cleaned. The only good thing was a huge room. The workout room was nice. Free washer and dryer. Breakfast area clean lots of options. Everyone was nice. To make things worse we had to walk next door to the Holliday inn for the pool which was small and packed. The free breakfast was also in this hotel. Was not a huge issue but the pool in the Staybridge has been down since October.???? Both hotels were large. This hotel is to far out also. 50 mins from everything. Except expo which is ending soon. During check out my son who is 22, over heard one of the staff talking about the non smoking rules and said don’t worry about it we don’t enforce the rules Which was true. I smelled smoke everywhere every day. In the halls and in my room for 7 days. I get headaches from smoke. This was not cool. Or ok. Would have left but could not afford to eat the price for 7 days. I also Saw someone smoking in his room through a window. Ugh. Never again. Stay somewhere else. Rent a condo near the city. We loved the other two hotels not this one.

Começou de forma ruim pois não tinham suite para 04 pessoas conforme reservado e deram 02 quartos. Mas o resto superou, hotel novissimo, café da manhã ótimo, tipo flat para quem quiser cozinhar, enfim muito bom para um padrão 4 estrelas. Ainda no ultimo dia fizemos check out a 5 hrs da manhã, deixaram uma cesta com café da manhã pois o restaurante ainda estava fechado.

4 nights in Al-Maktoum
It was a bit difficult to find hotel entrance when coming at the night time by car. Service was excellent thoug a sofa bed for the kids was not preparred. Also towels only for the adults. Unfortunately the pool was not open in Staybridges, we had to go to the Holiday Inn. Not a big deal but still.. Breakfast was ok, not suberb. Dinner buffet wasnt worth the price. The hotel is REALLY away from everything so a car is necessary for a longer stay. It is 20 km from any commercial center, there is a McDonalds in a few kilometers. Not even a cafe nearby. Quality / price is very good.

Perfect stay
Perfect stay. The staff was very helpfull and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of meats. I would recommend it and if I have to stay close to the airport or AbouDhabi borders, i will stay their for sure.

Excellent service
The customer service is excellent especially from the staff that work at the breakfast lounge,very friendly and welcoming,cannot remember the actual names but i remember Nepalese lady staff,she was always smiling. The pool and gym are upto standard and they got complimentary ride to the mall and beach,in general my few days stay in this hotel was awesome!keep it up!
