Once you have booked apartment, to ensure a smooth check-in and meet my obligations with the Tourism Authority (DTCM), I kindly ask you to provide:
1. Passport photos / email address / phone numbers - of all guests.

Your details will only serve for following purposes:
1. Register your stay with tourism authorities DTCM (passports/emails/phone numbers)
2. Notify the building security and reception to allow you to check in (passports)

The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to me for prices and bookings.

Sofa Bed:
Kindly be advised that should you wish to utilize the sofa bed, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Requests made thereafter may result in an inability to guarantee the provision of linens and towels, as well as the preparation of the sofa bed by our housekeeping staff. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated to ensure an uninterrupted and comfortable stay.
AC Temperature:
Please note that in adherence to the guidelines set by the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will fluctuate between 20-24 ℃, dependent on external temperatures and the panel settings under your control.

• Any concerns or complaints are to be raised with me before informing VRBO and allow me sufficient time to correct any faults or issues.
• Loss of any access card is an AED 1000 charge per access card. Must be paid at the time of loss.
• Kindly ask you to send me passport copies of all guests that will stay, this is needed to alert the building management under UAE law. No entry will be given without these.
• For any late checkout, I’m not going to charge, but kindly ask you to respect the check-out time.
• Kindly ask you to read everything carefully, because by booking my apartment you automatically agree to house rules
