checked in. loved the hotel, everything about it was superb. group of 12 adults. We had 3 suites and 2 rooms. so 5 in total. Due to the prices in Dubai. Its easy to get high bills. first 2 days we spent about £1500 on food and drink, no issue between 12 adults. This is when the problems started, first they kept making us order food with the drinks due to covid 19. What ordering a portion of fries is going to achieve I don't know, but just another way of making money out of us. Then because we put the bills on our rooms (like everyone does when staying in a hotel, and then pay on check out. They kept cancelling our room cards until we paid???? this went on for 7 days straight. can safely say we checked out, and won't be checking in again. I bet we spent close to £20,000 that week. all paid for. wasting money on food we don't want. and were getting locked out or rooms? or the hotel staff ringing us up at 3am at the room? Never going back. don't recommend. plenty more better and cheaper options, with no hassle

Great facilities. Great food options - but the restaurants are expensive beyond belief.

we love to come again
it was good place to stay but the area need to be develop as there is not other activity except hotel. for any shopping or restaurant u have to go GBR. other wise area is quit and good for those looking to enjoy them self, staff are very friendly we didn't get any kind of issue with our stay room people. w enjoyed

wonderful place to stay with awesome service. My kids loved the Empire Club (free children's club / babysitting - included with your stay). The pools and beach are beautiful. The place is huge but service feels very intimate. They were also very accomdating in giving us a late check out as our flight home was late at night. This place is very new so not all the restaurants and shops around are open yet, but there are enough to grab dinner, etc. It is also a very close cab ride to the bustling JBR area, but nice to come back to a quiet hotel.

Nice place, good service. All over fantastic! Appreciated the early checkin when mooved from one hotel to the other in the same property. Hotel was very helpfull for a late checkout and offered a good solution for a very very late checkout at a reduced room rate. In bathroom no plug for hair dryer! Overpriced airport limo. Not all facilities yet open. No post stamps available. They offered an unacceptable solution. Charge me for a car to go to the post office... 3 stamps = subtotal 3 euro plus Car service to go to post office +/- 35 euro No more comment on this....
