Very friendly staff. Room was clean but needed some deep cleaning, dust was on some places where I don´t think they clean daily like the ventilation. Room was nice and spacious, but think it´s time for some renovation

Kanon om man bokar rätt rum
Vi bokade utan att riktigt förstå det lägenhets delen på hotellet och inte ett rum i själva hotellet. Lägenheterna är väldigt slitna även om de är rena, många är väldigt inrökta så var noga med att specifikt begära rökfritt. I vårt fall var vi inte nöjda med lägenheten, hotellet kompenserade oss på ett sätt som inget annat hotell någonsin har gjort för mig. De var fullbokade så det fanns inget annat, utan att tveka fick jag och min kollega kungliga sviten, vilket var sjukt stort och lyxigt. Hade min recension vart på ursprungsrummet så hade det inte vart bra. Notera dock att det är stor skillnad på rummen i hotellet mot lägenheterna så var noga med det när ni bokar! rummen är betydligt finare! Servicen var oklanderlig, frukosten perfekt med kockar som fixade äggen som man ville ha dom. Bra bar och restaurang i hotellet!

Lyxigt hotell med toppenservice Fina rum med fin utsikt och häftigt badrum Tyvärr så kände vi oss lurade vid lunchen när vi anlände med 2småbarn trött å slut så frågade de om vi ville äta deras lunchbuffé Vi tackade ja för de skulle vara fast pris, gratis för barnen, gratis förrätt å desär. De sommar inte nämnde var att om man tog en öl/vin till maten så vart ett annat pris där de räknade med att man skulle sitta i 4h! Vi betalade i slutändan över 1700 för en lunch på 40min!

A very good hotel - with good location
Very good and spacious room, although cleaning is up and down depending on what staff is working. A 5 star hotel always need to look for details and have everything in order, not always when it came to cleaning. Example: Pillows were not corrected in sofa and chairs etc. Good location and easy to go to Jumeirah 1 and to airport, 10 min without traffic. And close to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. I am surprised that the hotel has not installed three glasses in windows, because you hear the traffic all the time. Staff at breakfast were excellent and very service minded and friendly. We had a club suite but the club lounge on 1st floor is not really worth the money.

Mycket nöjd!
Väldigt nöjd med hotellet. Fint o stort rum, trevlig personal och bra o stort gym. Poolen ligger i skuggan men fin pool o området runt poolen. Hotellet ligger lite några km från citykärnan men t-bana precis intill och taxi är ju gratis i Dubai. Rekommenderar detta hotel! Testade inte restaurangen så ingen aning ang. den.

Hotel worth to stay at
Not first time at The H, Excellent location, Amazing lobby, helpful staff price are good compared to the hotel level class. Rooms are big and clean. Bed mattress needs to be replaced because it’s not comfortable and not acceptable compared to hotel level. On my second day the room was already cleaned. And i was taking afternoon nap and one of the housekeeping comes inside the room asking if want my room to be cleaned!!

The H Hotel sticht heraus mit seinen Riesen Zimmer& Riesen Bad. einen wunderschönen Ausblick da die Fenster riesig sind. Noch nie so grosse Fenster gehabt und schönen Ausblick. In manchen Hotels schon gewesen weltweit. Es sind auch schöne Details im Zimmer und sehr einladendes grosses Zimmer. Leider ist das Bett für einen so Luxus Hotel sehr schlecht. Hatte schon nach paar Tagen Rückenschmerzen und war nicht angenehm darauf zu schlafen. Service im ganzen Haus ist zuvorkommend und versucht immer weiter zu helfen. Leider merkt man das nicht mehr richtig aufgeräumt und geputzt wird. Verstehe das sie in einem gewissen da immer mehr unter Zeitdruck sind die Menschen. Aber für so ein Luxus Hotel und dessen Preis kann man schon mehr Erwarten. Man wundert sich auch im Eingang Empfangsbereich ob es sich wirklich um ein Hotel handelt.Cafés & Kleidergeschäft . Was leider das schlimmste ist der extreme Lärm Von der unteren Strasse. Sogar ab dem 30.Stock hört man alles extrem. Ob die Autos rennen machen, aufheulen,gepose,gehupe alles hört man leider. Ob man hier bei den Fenstern gespart hat? Jedenfalls das Zimmer beeindruckt und der Ausblick. Doch für diesen sehr hohen Preis weiss ich nicht ob sich das gerechtfertigt da man nicht gut einschläft und den Lärm immer hört. Muss man sich zweimal überlegen. Die Gäste sind auch sehr angenehm da es nicht Massen an Gästen hat und auch nicht viel Lärm Dementsprechend muss man entscheiden

Great hotel. Lovely rooms with extra touches to raise them above your normal room. Staff were all great and keen to provide the best service. Would definitely recommend and would return.
