The apartment includes a parking slot and access to community facilities, making it a convenient choice for both short and long stays.



This well-maintained apartment is thoughtfully furnished and equipped with modern essentials, ideal for couples, solo travelers or friends looking for a practical and comfortable home base.



Discovery Gardens is a peaceful, green community located close to Sheikh Zayed Road, with convenient access to Ibn Battuta Mall, Jebel Ali, Dubai Marina, and Expo City Dubai. Public transport options, including the Metro, are within easy reach, allowing for smooth connectivity across the city.



The apartment features a bright open-plan living and dining area with TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Large windows bring in natural light, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.



The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine for your convenience. Hotel-grade bed linen and towels are provided, along with initial toiletries such as shampoo and soap to ensure a smooth arrival. Complimentary tea and coffee are also included to help you settle in before your first grocery run.

⋆ Consent to House Rules: All guests must provide written consent to the house rules on chat before access is allowed.

⋆ Personal Information: Please provide the home address, email address, and passport copies for all guests at least 24 hours before check-in. Failure to do so will result in an inability to check in.

⋆ Booking changes are not guaranteed and depend on the host’s discretion.

What you need to remember:

⋆ Early Communication Request: We kindly ask that you share any concerns or issues with us directly, giving us the opportunity to promptly assist you.

⋆ Key Policy: AED 1,000 charge per lost key or key card. A call-out fee of AED 500 applies for door opening due to lost keys, in addition to the key replacement cost.

⋆ Smoking Policy: Strictly non-smoking inside the apartment; AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations.

⋆ Staining Charges: Minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning.

⋆ Late Checkout: AED 250 fee for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance.
