A concierge is always available to attend to residents and visitors. Guests can park their cars in public parking spaces, and use their PIN code to access the apartment, the guest will find parking access card that they can use to park their car inside the building, in addition, guests will find 2 RF cards to use on the apartment smart lock.
PET-FRIENDLY
Pets are allowed in Ajman One Towers, but this can be further discussed with the management or landlords.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT INFORMATION
- Standard Check-In time is 3 PM (15:00 HRS) and Check-Out time is 12 PM (12:00 HRS)
-Self-Check-In and Out apartment has a smart lock, booking a PIN code will be sent to the guest to access the apartment
-Unauthorized late check-out after 12 PM (12:00 HRS) is subject to a penalty equal to a full day rate.
-Early Check-in from 8 AM (8:00 HRS) is subject to availability and requires a payment of 50% of the nightly rate
-Late Check-out by 3 PM (15:00 HRS) is subject to availability and requires a payment of 50% of the nightly rate
