Great hotel. Especially club room experience. The staff in royal club lounge was fantastic. Always nice, happy and helpful. Delivering full class service. Breakfast in lounge area was calm and enjoyable. Great selection of food/breakfast. One thing that not was mentioned in hotel description was that complimentary alcohol was served only between 6pm and 8pm. When reading description it only says that alcohol is available between 6 and 10pm. It is but not complimentary between these hours. Location of hotel is ok. Close to metro. Staff at reception desk could be more friendly as is expected from a 5 star hotel. Be like the staff at the lounge and your clients will have better experience of hotel. The staff in the reception area and the entrance made a great job and was extremely helpful though. We also went to a desert safari, bought through hotel. Please Nassima hotel, change company you are using for these safaris. The driver was so bored and ignorant instead of giving the customer an experience. For example we had to wait in the car up to one hour in total when driver helped other cars with tire problems. And all that without saying anything to us in the car. A "sorry for the inconvenience" had helped a lot. Anyway, we had a great stay.

First visit to Dubai
We landed in Dubai very late and after a tricky search by rental car we found this amazing hotel. We were met by a friendly valet parking who took care and entered into the hotel. There we were again met by very friendly staff who informed us about the hotel and it's facilities. Brought up to 32:nd floor we open curtains to a beatiful view over city of Dubai. Service at the hotel was fantastic from Breakfast to a nice bar at the top of the building. I will gladly return to both Dubai and to this hotel at least once again.

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms
The rooms are nice and comfortable even though it took some time to figure out how to turn off the lights. Many buttons and remote controls all over..... The room was clean but after cleaning the first day, all towels were removed since there were no clean available. We had to dry ourselves after the shower on the one (and only even though it was a couble room) bathrobe available in the room. Got a fruit bowl as compensation later though. A bit of a hazzle to get to the pool, first down to the ground floor in one elevator, then passing through the reception/bar area and into another elevator to go up some floors to the pool. Helpful and courteous staff all over the hotel.

Probably the best Radisson in Dubai
I have tried the majority of Radisson Hotels in Dubai and my conclusion is that this probably is the best Radisson hotel. Nice, service minded staff. Quiet rooms. The pool and spa facilities is great.

Luxurious hotel without the tackiness!
Very nice hotel with a scandinavian design. The rooms were beautifull (we were on the 46th floor) with view out out to the city. A friend got a much less attractive room facing inwards that was smaller and much more cramped. I suggest selecting a room with king bed instead of two separate beds as these seem to be placed lower in the building.

Fint hotell med service-minded personal. Tyvärr var poolen under underhåll vilket var väldigt synd! Hotellet ligger lite på "fel" sida av stan men då taxi är så billigt och metron går precis utanför gör det inte så mycket.

Und da gab es Apotheke , Man könnte auch am Abend essen bestellen ( frühstücken und Abend essen war kostenlos)

More a club than a hotel - not recommended
Stylish hotel on Sheikh Zayed road, though in the evening the hotel turns more into a nightclub with endless people loitering around the lobby and lifts trying to find the club. I would not stay here if travelling for business or with a family. The check-in process was also one of the lengthiest I experienced with the front desk having to press a million buttons on the computer to check me in.
