🏊 Private Pool Maintenance Notice

Please note that the private swimming pool is regularly maintained to ensure it stays clean and safe for use. Scheduled cleaning visits take place every Tuesday and Friday between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. During this time, a maintenance technician may need access to the pool area.

★ REGISTRATION OF TRAVELERS ★

We will require passport copies (or Emirates ID) from all travelers and visitors at least 24 hours in advance to register your stay with community/building security 🛂. We cannot guarantee your arrival if copies of your identification documents are not provided on time ⏳.



★ ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES ★

Standard check-in time is 3 p.m. 🕒 Maximum of 11 p.m. , and check-out time is 11 a.m. 🕚. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges 💼!



★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance 🛡️. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out 🧼.



★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Please refrain from smoking inside the home 🚭! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning 🛋️. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a fine of AED 2500 💸.



★ ACCESS CARD ★

Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check-out 🎫. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.



★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits 🙏.
