I'm very disappointed to read your review about the hotel in general and I regret not being informed about them, as you were informed at check in, reception is open 24 hours and we would have absolutely rectified them for you. The prices we are charging are in conformity with the regulations of Failte Ireland, but Dublin can be quite expensive, especially if there are events going on in the city. Regarding the photos posted on Expedia.com I would like to inform you that all of them reflect the reality of our rooms and surrounding area. However due the differing nature of our accommodation, images displayed are meant as a representative sample only. We have passed on your comments on the cleanliness and faults of the room to our housekeeping and maintenance teams at the hotel so corrective action can be taken and so we can identify ways to continually improve our service. We always want our guests to have a lovely and relaxing time and it is our policy to ensure that we exceed our guests’ expectations. Sadly, we were unable to do the same for you.
