Welcome to the Log Lodge

Experience Wyoming by staying in The Log Lodge; an authentic Swedish cope log cabin located on the Wind River in a peaceful park-like setting. Fully furnished with a quiet feel that offers a secluded retreat.

Our one-of-a-kind location is in close proximity to all the amenities of town within walking distance to restaurants, shops, museums, art galleries, grocery & convenience stores.

The Log Lodge has a fantastic walk-ability score! Plus, easy access parking. The Log Lodge is about 150 feet away from the parking space so you will need to walk across the lawn. It is an easy walk!

We proudly offer a queen size bed. and antique dresser. The bathroom has a large vintage style claw-foot porcelain bathtub. Perfect for relaxing in after an day of hiking or sight-seeing.

There is a complete kitchen, dining table with chairs, great room, covered deck plus secluded sitting area just outside the kitchen door.

We provide all dinnerware, pots/pans, coffee pot, microwave, toaster, hot plate, full size refrigerator, towels and linens.

The Log Lodge is centrally located in the historic town of Dubois. We are situated in a quiet, serene location with all the comforts and conveniences close by.

This makes a wonderful "base camp" as you explore Dubois and the surrounding areas as well as the Shoshone National Forest, Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks!

Beautiful Place

The cabin was amazing, right next to the Wind River. Fully loaded with everything you could possibly need or want. Our hosts Rick & Cathy were top notch always looking out for their guests. We felt more like family than guests. If you ever get the opportunity to go to Dubois definitely book here, seriously check out the wrap around porch, the detail in this build is incredible. We plan to return to do some SXS riding.

Just perfect

Sometimes you just need to relax and enjoy nature and this location was perfect. The cabin is furnished very nicely, everything is super clean and there is lovely outdoor space along the Wind River. Everything we could possibly have needed was in the cabin. And Rick and Cathy were super hosts. Our trip was just perfect!

Amazing Cabin on the Water

I’d highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the Dubois area. The cabin is super clean, comfortable and right on the river, walking distance to town!

Wonderful Wind River

We absolutely loved the little log cabin. It was extremely cozy and even decorated for Christmas with a tree and all! The owners were very accommodating and available and the location on the river was great. Deer in the backyard was a plus!

Beautiful cabin!!

Loved our stay and enjoyed sitting out on the wrap around porch with the river rushing by. Everything was extremely clean and cozy. Cathy and Rick were incredibly nice and quickly answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy cabin

We so enjoyed staying at this sweet cabin. Waking up to the sound of the river and birds was amazing. The scenery of the river, nighttime star gazing, and view of the mountains from the cabin were a big part of the cabin’s charm. The cabin was well-stocked. Cathy and Rick are amazing hosts, and the town of Dubois was charming as well with a small town western feel. We recommend this cabin and would absolutely stay here again!
