There are two entry points, a set of French doors & a patio door, both lead into a large open plan area, with a lounge, dining & kitchen area (includes dishwasher), the stairs lead from the centre to the first floor, which has a double bed and bed settee and a cot in room 1, two singles in room 2 & three singles in room 3.

Sleeps up to 7 in beds + baby. In the bathroom there is a combined bath/ shower and a pedestal sink, the w/c is separate with a hand sink, both are the ground floor. The total floor area is 108 mtrs sq approx.

There is a small garden/patio area, with garden furniture & a Bbq.

Our countryside property offers a fantastic heated, fully tiled, safety fenced swimming pool, a separate 'splash' pool for little ones.A half acre garden contains children's swings & trampoline. 40 mins from La Rochelle and the nearest beach

During high season our complex is very much suited to families. Our pool and park gardens the perfect location for children and families to meet up and . Out side high season our complex is a beautiful rural retreat perfect for couples looking for a weekend/week get away.
We also welcome large parties for birthdays,christenings, weddings etc.

This is a gite complex. There are a total of 9 gites. Each gite has its own private space. There is a large 7 x 12 meter shared swimming pool and separate children's splash pool and large park garden area.
